The bottom line is, they are out to get him. Democrats are in control and they control everything and everybody. Some democracy we live in!
The joke will be on them. Trump will win. Unless they cheat…again.

Why did Trump ever think dissing a judge would get him anything? I suspect that Trump has sizable cash to go for the bond, and some Republicans may float Trump the rest of the money he needs for his bond. It looks like Trump has lied about his assets. Someone as rich as he says he is would not have a problem raising $450 million.

New York's Hokey governor has clearly demonstrated that she means "no business," none what-so-ever where the principals lean slightly right.

Be honest, you know no one has that kind of cash lying around. This is a clear violation of the eighth amendment and a deliberate move by the judge to hamper his right to appeal. Add to that you do not care about justice or fairness. You are like all of your group. You just want to get Trump.

Both federal and state law requires that a bond be put in place for the entire amount of a judgement before you can appeal. The law was neither made with Fat Donny in mind nor should it be waved for his benefit. If the potential penalty for what you are contemplating is too severe, don't do it.

Normally with bond people would use their home equity as collateral for the bond. He can do the same with his properties or they will be sold to meet his obligations.

It's got to say something about a person when 30 different banking institutions turn down one's request for a bond. They all say that they have refused because of Fat Donny's history regarding taking responsibility for financial obligations. In short, are far to concerned about getting stiffed by the creep just like he's done a thousand times before. So if someone tells you that your past can haunt you, now you have a very good example.

It has to be a cash bond and the judge knew he could not meet it when he ordered it.

Not true. Fat Donny said, under oath, that he had $400M in cash. I believe that there is a congressman who is actually trying to charge the Fat Boy with perjury for lying about his cash holdings while on the stand.

There are many billionaires who do have that much cash-- Apparently Trump has at least a Billion in Assets not cash.

Whatever the case may be, there are no lending or bonding institutions who will consider giving the Fat Boy a bond because of his history as a grifter and a con man. They are absolutely correct.

He swore he had it , so he got the deal he did.
If he would’ve said he didn’t have it , the judge would’ve offered a different Deal. !
Some times the obvious ,
Skips right through trumps tulips.

The Fat Boy was more concerned with making a public statement that he had $400M in cash. It apparently gives him some sort of erection. The dim wit had no idea that the judge would take him seriously.

He said that under oath. Perjury charges would be forthcoming for anyone else.

That in a nutshell is why we will probably never see him testify to anything ever again.

He just wants his minions to read between the lines of his "woe is me" threats against the courts.

Or you. We are together. I could be, you could be. They can not be, unless they break the rules. And Trump did.
