Be honest, you know no one has that kind of cash lying around. This is a clear violation of the eighth amendment and a deliberate move by the judge to hamper his right to appeal. Add to that you do not care about justice or fairness. You are like all of your group. You just want to get Trump.

Normally with bond people would use their home equity as collateral for the bond. He can do the same with his properties or they will be sold to meet his obligations.

It has to be a cash bond and the judge knew he could not meet it when he ordered it.

There are many billionaires who do have that much cash-- Apparently Trump has at least a Billion in Assets not cash.

I know I don’t .
However , I did not swear under Oath in Court,
that I did !
He swore he had it , so he got the deal he did.
If he would’ve said he didn’t have it , the judge would’ve offered a different Deal. !
Some times the obvious ,
Skips right through trumps tulips.

/When the money is this large, the norm would be to have big bank/insurance co, post the bond, backed by the real estate.. trump problem is none of the big guys are willing to do biz with him.. his life long record of c***ting and fraud and stiffing those who back him is at long last biting him in the butt..

and he will h**e the loss of trump tower and or anything else he may claim ownership to..

The building is not used as bond but rather as collateral to the bondsman.

The banks in NY are afraid to loan Trump the money due to the fact that the AG will also go after them.
