Censorship: yes, there was some noise about the administration's clumsy attempts to shut down some of the more egregious cases of mis- or dis-information. And they were shot down for doing so. Hooray for the American system! That's how it is supposed to work. Nevertheless, it is not so simple as "free speech good, censorship bad". We are in a new world where misinformation can spread so rapidly as to distort reality in dangerous ways. It is not obvious how to deal with this unprecedented situation, but simple minded shouting about first amendment rights is not sufficient.
Yes: Shouting about the First Amendment is not only sufficient - but needs to be done more. Letting the government decide what is "disinformation" is akin to what tyrants have done throughout history.

Yes, it is debatable. Are you a bloody war monger? There are ways to defeat Putin - and some do not require killing. Unfortunately, that is not profitable nor does it make "good press" for the biden cabal.
