I was a little puzzled by this until I realized you didn't understand the meaning of "trumps"

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. You mean this was not an unconscious dig at Donald J. Trump ? Clarity in posts is nice for us poor folks in the cheap seats.

Thank you for your pity on mine humble self, but I am fine. I am now more concerned with figuring out exactly what was your original point ? Is it that gun laws are too lax ? Is it the injustice of the suspect having serious charges dropped ? I am quite ready to admit that this misunderstanding was my fault, and had nothing to do with the lack of clarity in your post. No, I do not intend to blame you at all.

Does this affect Hunter Biden? *His daddy, aiding & abetting a drug user, & dealer?

Hunter is an adult... the parents mentioned are another school shooting and may be two different incidents..

All the killings run together these days..

Even felony convictions.

"Prohibiting a convicted felon from possessing a gun is unconstitutional, according to a Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge’s ruling.

Judge Melissa Logan Bellows filed the order this week, dismissing the possession charge against a convicted felon and persistent felony offender, Jecory Frazier."

This political "Mortimer Snerd", actually thinks his posts are relevant...[ NOT]..

.But humor him, until they get his straight jacket back in place!

I haven't heard about Snerd in awhile.

I wouldn't hold my breath on that! I don't think any of the Democrats on here have even answered that and they just know everything about the laws and administration.

Don’t know much about gun laws. BAFTE is going to have something to say about this case.

I don't either. I have a license and a gun and ammo. As long as it stays in my house, I should okay. I hope anyways.

If you live in a constitutional carry state, it doesn’t have to stay in your house. It can go with you.

Well, OR is an open carry/no permit needed state, so I'm probably good.
I was mostly referring to being charged for some reason, shooting an AH breaking in. That wasn't really clear in that post.

Lol -; (and I actually did. That was a very nice comment even if you were being a teeny bit sarcastic. 😊😉

There really was no particular point. I just thought it was an interesting article, and wondered what kind of opinions it might generate. Usually, one would expect this kind of thing more from a liberal leaning judge, except that since this was 2A stuff, the decision came from one that's on the conservative side.

And still Hunter hasn't had any jail time for his possession charge as a felon.
