That's why DJ owns it now. He was able, from a distance with with a few phone calls, to kill the first border bill for decades that had even a small chance of passing.

We will keep reminding people how Biden ran for president on the idea of allowing the migrants to surge the border, how he cancelled all of Trump's immigration policies, comparing the number of illegal border crossers under Trump vs. under Biden and explaining how the House Bill HR2 was better than that bipartisan foreign aid bill with very little to do with immigration reform.
The reason Schumer sat on the House bill is because the Democrats don't want to actually fix Biden's broken border.
People with a brain see it, and it is one of the top reasons that is turning people away from the Democrats and Biden. The poor economy and inflation are the others.
