Under the law of the land, for decades, a person can arrive at the border and ask for asylum at a port of entry or from any border officer and then that person is legal and given a hearing..

Asylum seekers must be in the U.S. or at a port of entry (an airport or an official land crossing) to request the opportunity to apply for asylum. And they can be given a court date and sent back. Nothing was mentioned about allowing them to remain.

they need a judge (court) to get the procedure done.. We have not even close to the number needed to be half way officiant. and the latest attempt to fix that problem was blocked when trump demanded that congress not pass the bill.. trump owns the once republican party lock, stock and barrel... your hero is the one man making what you call a crisis stay that way as a road to his being allowed to slither back into the Oval ... he is the reason for what you think is a great problem.. trump and trump alone is causing your endless unsolvable problem to go on existing..

No problem. They simply wait in their home country until their court date arrives. Even an ignoramus like you should be able to figure that out.

The rest of your rant is simply trying to cover up the mess biden has created. You display your ignorance again, “BlowHard”.

They can send them 10 at a time to the judges available, it might take 75 years to get in depending on how many judges are available and how many criminal aliens get deported.

I heard that Fanni Willis boyfriend might need a job. Didn't I read somewhere that he was a traffic court judge?

https://www.[/quote]

Like you said , they have to cross at designated entry ports. Crossing by swimming or through fences is illegal entry and violaters should be sent back across the border. Repeat .
offenders should do jail time hard labor and then sent back .It isn't hard to fill out the proper papers and enter legally. Trump told them they were welcome in America as long as they did it legally . Biden wants to give work visa to illegal invaders with no regards to ones who took the time to do it right. Breaking our laws should not be rewarded.

Those that are caught crossing illegally should be denied green cards to help slow down the invasion.

Still it saves the state money and lives by sending the illegal aliens to places that want them (aka 'Sanctuary cities').

The potato famine was something people had no control over but the millions crossing our border illegally have the ability to come together to change the wrongs in their countries!! The ones coming here are not starving like the Irish were and thousands of Irish came here legally through ports of entry like Castle Garden or went to Canada!! You have the nerve to talk about the less fortunate as you support a party that puts the less fortunate in THIS country last!!!

The reason for mass starvation during the Potato Famine was the Corn Laws. There was enough food in Ireland but because of these laws, it was exported. So the Irish Potato Famine was political, too. When these laws were repealed about 5 years after the blight hit potatoes, the Famine ended.

And, of course, it is all Trump's doing, right? It had nothing to do with the billions of dollars in Democrat pork added to the bill to buy local and federal level votes, just like every bill the Democrats have EVER passed right? Nor did Biden openly inviting millions of foreign people into the United States have any impact whatsoever on the situation, right? EVERY thing ALWAYS has to be reimagined as being Trump's fault, right? After all, the end justifies the means.
