Really, you can't decipher a logical thought.
What is a villian. Another typo?

If you lose your rights as an American then I guess you'd no longer be an American? Yet it clearly states shall not be infringed. This is all just politics nothing else.

You all must realize that if you want a gun regardless if it’s legal in your state, all you need is money/ the change in what passes for currency may make it a bit more difficult but, an open border makes it even easier to get something that’s illegal ( sometimes it’s worth the risk)🤠

Thank you for the correction. That's what I get for saying something that I just heard fleetingly!

It was meant as info not a correction.

Both are being sentenced on April 9th.

I know DJ fans aren't all the most clear thinkers but try to apply some logic to this.

Don you need a license in your state to drive a car?
Can you lose your license for a DUI? Lose it permanently fir two or three of them? You can in NY

What's the difference between that and losing your right to carry a gun if you might kill someone with it?

I know, NM. ( hey, I used to live in NM!) Anyways, I know. I took it that way. Perhaps correction was the wrong noun to use.

Thank you for the article. It also reminds me to look sh** up before I open my mouth. I've been bad about that this morning. Think I'll finish my coffee before I post more!

Even felony convictions.

"Prohibiting a convicted felon from possessing a gun is unconstitutional, according to a Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge’s ruling.

Judge Melissa Logan Bellows filed the order this week, dismissing the possession charge against a convicted felon and persistent felony offender, Jecory Frazier."

Does this affect Hunter Biden? *His daddy, aiding & abetting a drug user, & dealer?

I've wondered if Biden could be charged for knowing his son was going to commit a crime against the government ( press conference mocking the subpoena and not showing up for it) and not doing anything about it.

Take it up with your state legislator if you disagree.

Most states have had that policy in place for a very long time.

In fact, in a lot of states you lose your right to vote if you are convicted of a felony crime. We were taught about that in high school.

Avoidance noted. I understand; critical thinking eludes you.

Just one question: If a convicted felon has served his time - but cannot be trusted with a gun - why is he/she being released from prison?

I cannot answer that. I had to read it again but one thing popped out was "persistent felon".

I guess growing up being taught and shown that felons lose some rights because, well, they're felons, kinda sticks
