It is worth it to get more votes. Democrat cities are having to share the burden red states have had to bear for years. So called sanctuary cities are showing their hypocrisy.

The illegal aliens are years away from citizenship and having a vote.

If you think some do not already vote you are delusional. They are already being appointed to election boards and there are already moves to give non citizens the right to vote.

I asked AI why Biden has not sealed the border.

President Biden has faced challenges in sealing the border due to legal constraints and the need for congressional approval. While he seeks new authority to address border issues, the complexity of U.S. laws, especially regarding asylum claims, limits his ability to unilaterally shut down the border.

Congress does not want to seal the border.
I wonder why.

Yeah it’s a mystery

This is patently false, please provide a specific example from a legitimate source.

I looked for record of people held without charge or bond related to the January 6 Capitol attack and can find None. Surly if there are people held without charge or bond there would be record of it and a line of MAGA lawyers pointing it out. There are not. Why can’t you name even one?

The Democrats have always thought long term. Warnings from the right about what their eventual goals are have always been scoffed at as being hysterical and absurd. And yet, look where we are today.
Arguing whether or not Blacks can be racist, if a person with a dick is can be pregnant or can play in women's sports, supporting foreign wars with the blessings of the liberals, and going tens of trillions of dollars in debt.

It is cut and dry black letter law.

The federal Speedy Trial Act, sets forth two clear time limits: an information or indictment must follow within 30 days of arrest, and a trial must begin within 70 days of indictment or arraignment.12 The Act, however, exempts numerous types of delay from these time limits, including continuances that serve the ends of justice and delays resulting from pre-trial motions.13

The remedy for a violation of a defendant’s Sixth Amendment speedy trial right is dismissal of the charges with prejudice.14 Courts do not have discretion to fashion less drastic remedies after finding a violation of the Speedy Trial

I've not read that anywhere else? Where did you get it from? The Janet Cooke School of Journalism?

Democrats care more about for what they call due process for illegal aliens than they do for American citizens being held in jail for two years without charges or a speedy trial garunteed by the Constitution. Then they call Republicans a threat to democracy.

Right now a person claiming asylum at the border essentially gets to stay here for 5 years because the Republicans have blocked every bill that would increase judges to hear their cases. Quit complaining and call your congressman to pass the border bill.

Like a few others, Keyvn uses reverse "logic" to draw his immutable conclusions. In this case, based on his comments, it sounds like he is saying that because the J6 political prisoners have NOT received a speedy trial, that PROVES that they must have waived the right to one.

It was a bad bill.

Send them back to their home and let them apply LEGALLY - I apologize for offending you with that word.
