Debating/arguing with you is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter the level of his defeat, the bird is going to shit on the board and strut around like it won anyway.

Sort'a like Trump's refusal to accept his loss in 2020.

Or Hillarys in 2016....

Slatten, your holding a good debate however, if you are going to charge Trump with a crime, why not charge him with something biden isn't already guilty of?

Let's try some anti hypocracy here.

True, and The House of Representatives of the 117th U.S. Congress adopted one article of impeachment against Trump of "incitement of insurrection", stating that he had incited the January 6 attack of the U.S. Capitol.
He was NOT convicted by the Senate.

If insurrection could be proven with Trump inciting or even participating in it - Jack Smith would be all over it with additional indictments - what people aren’t looking at is the fact The Supreme Court needs to be crystal clear with their efforts - if left vague then the constitution becomes a weapon to be used in future elections - doesn’t matter which party as it will deprive the American citizens of their constitutional right to cast a vote for the nominee of their choice

Biden possibly sold access to immigration to the United States. Why didn't they deport sooner?

Because in my humble opinion- he is purposefully placing illegal aliens in red states - the Democrates then pass laws allowing them the right to vote - New York passed a law allowing illegal aliens the right to vote - it was shot down by the Supreme Court just last week - why do you think all of a sudden Biden is issuing ID cards at the border ( if mandatory voter ID becomes law all aliens will already have it) when interviewed by multiple news outlets asking the illegal migtants who they would vote for if allowed to votes- everyone said Biden - there is. No other reason to absorb the tremendous cost Biden is causing all taxpayers and the crime and sickness that comes with it

From what I've read, it looks like Jack Smith's January 6 case is dead in the water before the General Election.

Supreme Court agrees to hear Jan. 6 case that could affect Trump prosecution
The justices will consider whether a charge for seeking to obstruct an official proceeding, which Trump also faces, can be applied to the events on Jan. 6, 2021.

The primary ballot issue needs to be settled - even if the court takes their time Trump will still secure the nomination easily - most likely as soon as Super Tuesday comes around - but needs to be in time for the general election

Pence was a rino turncoat. Moonshine Mitch was the one who recommended him to Trump as his running mate. What a mistake. I'm sure Trump won't make the mistake and hire any rino in his administration this 2nd go around. Just look at the mess Nikki Haley is causing and she called herself a Conservative, which is a big lie.

How about some examples of slow joes dementia. Or would that be too honest for you

Would you post examples of Trump’s mental decline?

It is Trump who will be President next year. The fix is already in.

Or Gore, or Stacy Abrams, or long face John Kerry. They all contested their defeats and none are in prison for causing an insurrection. Hitlary/ovommit/Comey actually tried a soft coup to oust Trump with their fake Russian Collusion Delusion hoax for which none of them have been imprisoned. This attempt by these rats was treasonous and called for the ultimate price to be paid by all 3 of these jerks. This attempt to overthrow Trump should have been on the news 24/7 everyday but the corrupt media whores were complicit in promoting this fake story. People like Anderson Cooper and the big shots of the major news networks should have been rounded up and imprisoned too.

Sure, if there were any. and I'll tell you another thing. If trump had dementia I wouldn't vote for him, but that requires integrity something you don't have.

I already know how 3 female leftist justices will vote even before they hear the case and all the facts. Sotomayor, Kegan and "I don't know what a woman is", Kunttanji Brown, will vote against Trump. 3 justices will vote for Trump and 3 will be a toss up. I say Trump wins his case by a narrow vote of 5-4 while Trump should win 9-0 if we had a fair Supreme Court.
