Former CIA official Michael Morell, one of the signatories of the Hunter Biden laptop letter, testified before the House Judiciary Committee in April and described how the Biden campaign was involved with the crafting of the document, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan revealed in a letter.

“There were two intents. One intent was to share our concern with the American people that the Russians were playing on this issue; and, two, it was [to] help Vice President Biden,” Morell testified. His testimony is cited repeatedly in AFL’s complaint against the FEC.

He said a phone call from then-Biden campaign adviser Antony Blinken facilitated his decision to sign the letter. Morell also discussed communications with Biden campaign Chairman Steve Richetti following the October 2020 debate between Biden and then-President Trump.

Politico published a story about the letter days before the final presidential debate. At the debate, Joe Biden cited the intelligence officials to cast doubt on the contents of the Hunter Biden laptop archive.

That is true even if it did until anyone can be judged by it for insurrection first they have to be found guilty in a court of law by a jury of 12 - not by one person in Maine or Illinois or by the state Supreme Court- these folks have deemed themselves prosecutor, judge and jury - these are.not the principles in the constitution we live by - since when can bias individuals stop the right of their fellow citizens from voicing their rite to vote for the nominee of their choice for president - all should be sent back and retrained to the constitutional policies and should they chose the same path again - removed and be replaced by those that would honor the oath they took when accepting the positions they hold that being neutral with the assumption of innocence until proven guilty by a jury of citizens
