In 1933, the year Adolf Hitler (1889-1945) became chancellor of Germany, he named Joseph Goebbels (1897-1945), his trusted friend and colleague, to the key post of minister for public enlightenment and propaganda. In this capacity, Goebbels was charged with presenting Hitler to the public in the most favorable light, regulating the content of all German media and fomenting anti-Semitism. Goebbels forced Jewish artists, musicians, actors, directors and newspaper and magazine editors into unemployment, and staged a public burning of books that were considered ”un-German.” He also spearheaded the production of N**i propaganda films and other projects. Goebbels remained in this post and was loyal to Hitler until the end of World War II (1939-45). On May 1, 1945, the day after Hitler committed suicide, Goebbels and his wife poisoned their six children and then k**led themselves.

Doctor Notices A******lities in Trump's Speech, Alleges 2 Medical Conditions He's Suffering From

Dr. John Gartner has joined the list of observers suspecting that former President Donald Trump is unwell, after tracing his recent behaviours to possible decline of cognitive abilities.

Gartner, formerly of Johns Hopkins University Medical School, says that Trump's slurring and inability to sometimes formulate complete sentences appears to be a sign of growing dementia and possibly early stages of Alzheimer’s.

Gartner, a psychologist, has long been sounding the alarm that Trump is not well, and even contributed to the 2017 book "The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump", where he raised similar concerns.

In an interview with Salon's Chauncey DeVega on Saturday, February 24, he sought to pierce the veil of political discourse and expose what he perceives as a growing threat.

"He's showing gross signs of dementia," Gartner asserted with unwavering conviction, as reported by Raw Story.

Gartner painted a vivid picture of cognitive disarray, emphasizing that such linguistic detours are more than mere slips and are the footprints of a deteriorating mind.

He expounded on the phenomenon of "phonemic paraphasias," emphasizing their ominous arrival in the moderate to severe stages of Alzheimer's.

He stated that it is for this reason that Trump has been struggling to pronounce obvious words in his speeches and has, for instance, been substituting beneficiaries with 'benefishes' and renovations with 'renoversh.'

He also noticed that pivotal has become 'pivobal' in Trump's speeches, Obama has become 'obamna' and missiles are now being called 'mishiz' while Christmas is now 'Crissus.'

He also noted Trump's tendency to go off in odd directions while talking to audiences.

But he noted that the case is different for President Joe Biden, who has also had his fair share of gaffes, including falls.

He stated that there is nothing to worry about in Biden's case, saying that his is just old age.

"There is also this focus on [President Joe] Biden's gaffes or other things that are well within the normal limits of aging. By comparison, Trump appears to be showing gross signs of dementia. This is a tale of two brains. Biden's brain is aging. Trump's brain is dementing," he noted.
