Right you are! I am astounded at the deliberate ignorance and lies in this forum about such an obvious, easy to understand, documented trail of what killed American greatness. In some cases, stupidity knows no limits.

Continuously calling others stupid does not make you look smart.

There was far more to America’s greatness than $$$$. We are witnessing the meteoric rise in amorality, the breakdown of the family, an increasing sense of entitlement, an increase in child abuse and many other things. That is also easy to see but most are only focussed on money

That was the point of my response to you....non-Christians see Christians forcing their values on them the same way Christians see non-Christians doing the same.

Christians complain that they have to accept laws on gay marriage and legalized murder of babies and biological trans men competing with biological non-trans women.

Non-Christians complain that Christians are trying to stop those things.

Go to the post itself. Then to to the top of that page to the url address (it begins with https://www.onepolliticalplaza......etc.) and highlight it. Then go to the post where you want it to be and paste what you copied there. It will bring the person to the page of the post you want to talk about...they might have to scroll down to see the 'right' post that you want them to see.

For instance....here's a link to this page we are on now:

You and I can agree that abortion is not birth control and trans men should not be competing in woman’s sports.

As for gay marriage, how is that being forced on you personally?

Cultural differences abound in this world.

I have not tried your method.
How I have done it is to go to the poster profile page.
Click on their posts.
Find the one you want to reference.
Hold the Go to button.
Choose copy and then post that link.

I did that for Parky’s post. I found all of Nick’s post but I had no idea which one he was referencing.

Cultural differences and spiritual differences in this world are two very different things.

Christians are against gay marriage because it implies homosexual acts.. And that is considered an abomination by Christians, and it explains why to us in our Bible in about twenty different places - in both the Old and New Testaments. So seeing that normalized in our society and made into a law that we have no choice but to accept, we view as forcing it upon us. We are forced to accept something that goes against our core beliefs.

Of course, if the gay married couple is not going to have sex, that's a different story, but that is probably very rare.

I was awakened to the truth about religions when I was about 35 years old and Chairman of the School Board and member of the Church Board of one of the largest Lutheran churches in Michigan. In these positions, I found out the true nature of religions. The school shoved religion onto brainwashed children and failed to teach them much of known science when it conflicted with their religious teachings. And the only interest the church board ever had was raising money, especially enough to keep the diocese running. Yep. To hell with the poor. Yes, I have read the bible cover to cover more than once, and when I took a hard look at what it actually says, it supported my growing belief that religions were nothing but scams.

And over the last few years, it has become obvious that religions have become hate groups. I watched them in Kansas City in the 1990’s holding up signs that said "Kill the Gays." And signs held up by the same people that said “Join the Baptist Church….” Now, religions are into pushing for book banning, abuse of LGBTQ people, causing the deaths of more pregnant women because of their protracted fight to ban abortions nationwide, denial of basic human rights for gays, trans people, atheists, and same sex marriages. Last I heard, failure to be able to obtain an abortion is responsible for a 6 percent increase in deaths of pregnant women in states where abortion has been banned. And religious wars continue in Nigeria where Christians are killing Moslems and vice-versa. And the fact is that the Christian religion has been murdering or supporting the murder of over 12 million people over the last 2,000 years. Not just the crusades either. Christians used the charge of “blasphemy” to have their personal enemies killed, including burning at a stake. Then the Spanish Inquisition and the Salem witch trials. Then on to Africa and South America where they murdered native people who refused to accept Jesus Christ as their lord and savior. And Martin Luther, a Christian who founded the Lutheran Church, encouraged Hitler to murder 6 million Jews. Nice guy. Really followed the supposed love they neighbor requirement of his bible.

In any case, certain members of this forum have become downright hateful, vicious, and profane in their comments to me because I have challenged their beliefs in Christianity. So, I decided to state my opinions and conclusions as an article so the haters can have one spot to curse me and will not have to go looking all over. Here goes.

There is exactly not one verifiable piece of evidence that anything in the Bible is true. Not one. There is exactly not one single piece of valid evidence that any gods have ever existed. Not just the Christian god. This includes any of the other 2,000+ gods invented by 4,000 religions of mankind throughout history. If we get rid of Christianity, undoubtedly, some other sect will pop up. There is exactly no provable reason to believe that any religion is anything but a scam created for the purpose of controlling others and taking their wealth. That is exactly what religions do. Some will actually help the poor now and then in an effort to demonstrate their belief in their book, but the end result is always recruit more members for their bankrolls. The real reason churches act benevolent is to attract more members to join the flock for fleecing. And they make a major effort to conduct both Sunday schools and secular schools for one purpose. That purpose is the brainwashing of children into believers for the rest of their lives in order to maintain and grow the flock over time for the purposes of controlling them and taking their money.

Christianity uses the carrot and stick approach to controlling others and fleecing them. The carrot is the false promise of heaven and the stick is the phony threat of hell. Interestingly enough, in order to keep that control going for as long as possible and covering virtually everyone in the church, you can sin all you want, and as long as you repent and believe in Jesus Christ before you die, you get to go to heaven anyway. Handy that little “get out of jail free” card, right? After all, all they really want is your money, and if they throw people out for not doing what they say, they would lose too much money. Longest running scam around.

Anyway, the good news is that year by year, more and more people are figuring out that religions are a scam. A study made a few years ago found that about 40 percent of Americans claimed they are not religious. Studies also found that the more educated and the more intelligent Americans are the ones who figured out that Christianity is a scam. Yes, a well backed, well deigned scam, but a scam, period. And yes, Christianity has seriously become a hate group. Comments on my comments elsewhere prove that. I have been vilified, cursed, called every name they can think of, and explicitly told that they hate gays, same sex marriage, trans people, and others not following their decrees. Yes, they propose eliminating the freedoms others have while they continue oppressing anyone they disagree with and are continuing to make major efforts to prohibit abortion nationwide. Not to mention the recent growth of Christian Nationalists, a strong reminder of Hitler’s minions. Then the religious nuts in Alabama went off the rails to declare Invitro fertilized frozen cells at fertilization clinics as babies and established legal penalties for the loss of a single cell. So, the clinics are shutting down due to the threat from this absurd law. Just more stupidity that demonstrates the validity of the claim that Christianity is all about control of others. Next, they will have adults and kids jailed for masturbation. And seriously, my claim of their fleecing of their flocks is further supported by the meme below about Joel Osteen, a TV preacher in Houston, Texas.
I was awakened to the truth about religions when I... (show quote)

===============
I am aware that Christianity has been shrinking in America. These are the factors that facilitate the shrinkage of the Christian population.
1. The tens of millions of illegal aliens came to America from countries that are not Christians. Majority of them came from the following.
China
Muslim countries,
Hindus from India.
And other non-Christian countries.
Once they are in, they demand to follow their own specially the Muslims, or else they'll cut off your heads. E.G. Talib and Omar in Congress work for their own culture not for the American people who pay them.

Other reasons are the Public School system that are cruel to Christianity.
Kids are now taught to hate Christianity, but love instead dark race, DEI, CRT. Fact of the matter is kids brought up by Christian parents in Public Schools are not allowed to pray or carry Christian magazines or books. They are suspended and hated.

These bastards that rule Public Schools depend on taxpayers funding and they demand annually highest pay increases. Sixty-five percent (65%) of property tax in our County, go to fund Public Schools that poison our kids with immoralities. Like abortion, TRANS, LGBTQ, DEI, CRT. These commands the power over the academics and moralities of these children.

I really don't like what is going on in Public Schools. I pay so much tax that empower their lifestyle. Now we the people are the victims.

Other factors that affect the decrease of the Christian population.
Our tyrannic government like Joe Biden encourages abortions and allow abortionist to harass those who protect life. The Catholic Churches have been harassed and persecuted by the FBI'S a number of times, as ordered by this Biden admin and his DOJ. FBIs are under the DOJ, and Joe Biden the overall ruler, loves trans and gays. Fact, he married a gay couple few years ago at his home, and he was so happy and proud.

So, how will both men when married make babies? How will both women when married make babies? But they all have the power now and increasing in numbers. The purpose how God created male and female is to multiply and replenish the world. But Democrats-Marxists are Godless. they are controlled by Satan.

Democrat women make babies with any stinky male and then abort the babies they make. They run to PP and demand we taxpayers pay for their killings. They do this over and over.

Those are the lifestyle of the Marxist-democrats who don't believe in the Christian life, and the God of Abraham.

Christians in the US are now 65%. Few years ago, it was 75%. Continues to shrink especially now that Marxism has taken over America. Under Trump, we must take our freedom back!

I use the Snipping Tool when I'm at home on the computer, I snip what I want to copy and save it to a folder, and then pull it from that folder and paste it here... but can't do that on my phone. All I can do on the phone is copy and paste, that I know of. There may be a way to take a snip, but I don't know how that's done on a phone.

Don't do what? Get upset when I hear that gay people are forcing non-gay people to accept their sin? I know, when I see a gay couple walking down the street, what it is they are doing in the bedroom as does every single other person who watches them because that is what they about: how and who they have sex with.

As a Christian it's my innate nature to hate sin. And I cannot shed my Christianity so I am forced to accept the laws that man is making in order for that particular sin (the homosexual act) to be "acceptable" by humanity. I am also forced to accept the law that man has made to legalize murdering babies. That also goes against my core Christian beliefs.

Hence the need for Christians to take control.
