No one was financially harmed.

Many people benefitted from the projects including bankers, investors, architects, interior designers, engineers, and construction workers.

Corporate tax revenues increased as well as tax revenues on workers.

Many people found permanent jobs, office workers, maintenance workers, janitors, facilities engineers, security guards.

The case was timed to interfere with Trumps re-election.

Trump was denied a jury.

The corrupt DOJ was behind this as well as president Joe Biden.

The judge was a former cab driver with no judicial experience.

Judge Engoron may have had unethical ex-parte communications with Michael Cohen which violates NYC statutes prior to the time the case was brought.

NYC Attorney Latitia James made a campaign promise that if appointed as DA, she would take Trump down.

The severity of the lawsuit penalty was unwarranted and overly excessive and was designed to incur serious financial hardship and deny other family members, Don Junior and Eric, an active role in the business.

The judge’s decision was made as soon as the court learned the Fulton County Election Interference Case was imploding due to Fani’s and Wade’s relationship and Wade’s appointment to a position where he was unqualified and yet paid an excessively high salary.

The case is being coordinated by the DOJ although the federal government has no jurisdiction there.

The judge undervalued the properties used as collateral for the loans.

The Trump brand was not considered in the valuation. For example, when Nelson Rockefeller goes in for a loan the Rockefeller brand talks loudly.

None of these defense claims were considered. They were all dismissed. Trump was clearly railroaded and hopefully the Appeals Court will have better jurisprudence.

The banks weren't robed. They examined the issue throughly, and made decisions to go ahead so they can make a lot of money. And they did. And all of the loans were paid back in full. There was no crime and anyone and everyone in his business does the same thing.

The lawsuit cost if it holds will cost Trump Inc $450M and the money will be paid to the state of New York. If this becomes a precedent, companies will leave the state in droves.

That is exactly what Biden did, except you can change the wording to say he robbed the US Government when he stole classified and top-secret documents as a Senator and VP, but his lawyers found the documents and handed them back to the National Archives with Biden's 'cooperation'. It was still a crime as he willfully retained documents that were illegal for him to have, and he discussed classified information with his ghostwriter who didn't have a security clearance.

The banks were harmed. They got cheated out of millions by Trump's lies. Remember the judge in Trump's case listened to Trump's lawyers and Trump lies for three months. The judge was repeatedly threatened and so was his staff. He heard Trump trash the judge and his staff nearly every day. Trump was totally unrepentant. 350,000,000? Justice matters
