I'm not sure what you are suggesting. Should the doctor hasten the inmate's death in order to "harvest" his liver so the boy might live? Absolutely/unequivocally no...that is willful murder. Should the inmate die naturally, (before his sentence is carried out) there is nothing wrong with the boy receiving an inmate's organ for transplant.

The thing about the liver is it is the only organ you have that can regenerate you can share a large portion of your liver and it will regrow in the person who donates but also regenerates in the one who recieved the donation . So there is no issue the prisoner can donate and still be on schedule at the prison. a prisoner can donate and still meet his maker as ordered

I actually was aware of that...the inference was should the doctor hasten the death of the inmate to save the boy, I suppose a better example would have been a heart transplant...my answer is still no.
