You are a doctor who have patient on death row... He has brain aneurysm...There's a kid dying from liver failure ....Your dying patient is a perfect match for a kid to safe his life...Would you as a doctor use his organ(s) to safe the kid's life even if you had to sort of break the law?...

No that cannot be done. I have personal experience with this and I am not making up a story . In 1997 my previous wife Linda had a Brain aneurysm. She was life flighted to a bigger city with the right equipment to help her . The doctors tried every thing to save her but she was pronounced brain dead . She was hooked up to a $300,000 machine that was breathing for her and keeping her heart beating and keeping her alive but she was Brain dead . The doctors told me the could keep her hooked up to the machine and keep her alive for 20 years but she was never coming back . Then one of the doctors asked me to take a walk down the hall with him. We went into a room with a 19 year old boy with his head bandaged up .He had fallen off a roof . His mother was there bawling her eyes out and his father was h*****g his head not even looking up. The doctor told me the boy would live if they hooked him up to the machine my wife was on but unless I consented the boy was going to die . I was next of kin and I had to make the decision . Would I not have been self centered to keep a brain dead woman alive who had no hope of coming back and letting a 19 year old boy with a lifetime ahead of him die needlessly . The doctors could not make the descision I had to . I asked if there was time for her family to come say goodbye the the doctor said yes . about 6 hours later they unhooked LInda and got the boy on the machine .

I'm not sure what you are suggesting. Should the doctor hasten the inmate's death in order to "harvest" his liver so the boy might live? Absolutely/unequivocally no...that is willful murder. Should the inmate die naturally, (before his sentence is carried out) there is nothing wrong with the boy receiving an inmate's organ for t***splant.

What if inmate volunteered to give his liver to the boy? The inmate is facing death penalty anyways, so why not do something good before he dies?

https://www.aetv.com/real-crime/can-k**lers-on-death-row-donate-organs

“There will always be questions when it comes to organ donation involving death row prisoners— whether their offer to donate an organ is truly voluntary,” Death Penalty Information Center Executive Director Robert Dunham tells A&E True Crime.

“There are also questions as to whether the offer to donate is genuine or is an attempt to delay a pending execution,” Dunham explains.

Just by the numbers, “a very small fraction of people die in a way that makes them a potential organ donor,” Paschke says. “You need to be in a hospital on a ventilator. Once that oxygenated blood stops pumping to the organs, they’re not viable for a t***splant anymore.”

Not sure if that would even be possible...in many states suicide, (which I suppose would be what technically the inmate is choosing) is illegal. If the boy could hang on/the inmate takes his own life...endless possibilities. It is still always wrong to knowingly/willfully take the life of another to benefit someone else.

It's not suicide.. He is supposed to die by lethal injection.. All he wanted to do was something good before he died..

The organs can be harvested after death! No problem there!
