Ah, by Senate, ok... Not by DOJ!!! That's totally different.
The difference is if DOJ found him guilty, he may have Prison sentence vs. Just impeachment if senate conviction.
And for now, Trump's supposed to be taken off the ballot because he was found incited an insurrection. So he's appealing that, of course, but he was already found GUILTY! Still waiting for SC ruling.
So far, we're still waiting for Biden to be found guilty of something.
