Ah, by Senate, ok... Not by DOJ!!! That's totally different.
The difference is if DOJ found him guilty, he may have Prison sentence vs. Just impeachment if senate conviction.

And for now, Trump's supposed to be taken off the b****t because he was found incited an i**********n. So he's appealing that, of course, but he was already found GUILTY! Still waiting for SC ruling.

So far, we're still waiting for Biden to be found guilty of something.

Let's stay connected with the main thing plz.

It will NOT be the final e******n, but it may be interrupted. What’s looming is the next civil war. It could be very short or it could be many years, but we will NOT surrender to the c*******t/democratic party.

I feel that if Haley gains momentum and Trump is removed from the B****t, even with Biden blocked in three states, the establishment will win with whoever is eventually the nominee in either party/ most people will go with the lesser of the evils and that only serves the current establishment’s goal..for me supporting the continuation of current policy is the worst move and I will not be a party to that outcome/ left with only one option the only thing left to do is resist 🤠

The U.S. Constitution states that the president must:

Be a natural-born citizen of the United States
Be at least 35 years old
Have been a resident of the United States for 14 years
So, an ex-convict or felon can run and possibly be elected POTUS.

Article I, Section 3 of the Constitution gives the Senate “sole power to try all impeachments” and sets forth three requirements that underscore the seriousness of an impeachment trial: 1) senators are put under oath; 2) the Chief Justice presides, not the vice president; and 3) a two-thirds “supermajority” is required to convict.

What offenses are deemed “impeachable”? Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution states that a president can be removed from office if convicted of “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” But that doesn’t mean that a president needs to be found guilty of a crime to be impeached. Congress has established that a president can also be removed for abuses of power, misusing the office for personal gain, and “behavior incompatible with the function and purpose of the office.”

Biden certainly can be found guilty of abuses of power, misusing the office for personal gain, and being incompatible with the function and purpose of the office.

I guess it depends what channel you're watching. Being ignorant just means uninformed.
Watch all the channels, not just 1 or 2. Be diligent and fair to yourself.

Then they should impeach him if he's found guilty!!! Fair enough for me!

Did "Colorado state" hold a trial with a jury that decided that? If not, then what they decided was bullcrap, and the 4 judges who found him guilty of i**********n were anti-constitution, as he was never convicted of i**********n.

Ah ok.... It appears there's no need for trial in those type of cases.

Or I guess you know the law more than those judges!! You should file a case against those judges!
Gogogo... Justice101 person.... do it and see what happens. That way you can have the satisfaction that you're right if you win, right? Get a bunch of your Trumpers to do it.

Otherwise, you're just all talk with no substance or legitimacy!
