Well, where I come from that has NOTHING to do with getting a lower interest but your credit score certainly does. And as someone astutely pointed out earlier, you aren't loaned money based on what you THINK your property is worth but what it's APPRAISED at by the bank. The loan is approved based on your debt to income ratio, your credit score and what the property appraises for. This has happened on EVERY property loan I've ever applied for.

New York Attorney General Letitia James’ civil fraud trial against Donald Trump is a sham.
Expert witness testimony from a Professor of Accounting at New York University’s Stern School of Business, Eli Bartov, disemboweled the baseless claim James brought against Trump that he committed fraud by inflating the value of his assets.
One of the key points in James’ sham case was the allegation that Trump fraudulently tripled the value of Trump Tower to secure better loan terms.
Bartov dismissed that as nonsense.

I subscribe to Epoch and there all about Truth over News, they have a lot interesting reports with things that are going on. Here's one of them below, but democrats who are so into blaming Trump for Jan 6th, and how nobody cheated in the 2020 election are so full of crap. There was cheating as told in the video below and had the CIA stayed out of it Trump would have won and therefore Jan 6 would have never happened. People wouldn't of had to die, get hurt, go to prison and Trump wouldn't be going through all these indictments of which he is clearly innocent. I wonder how much all the things the Dems have done and are doing to Trump would be happening if they had to use there own money instead of using our tax money to pay for it, probably 0.

With the actual footage at 3000 square feet, this clearly indicates to me that on this point Milosia’s factual statement is accurate and confirmed and that Trump knowingly inflated or approved the penthouse size as 11,000 sq feet.

Regarding the demeaning words launched at her ,they are not civil. Quota.com states that moral life is a way of life guided by ethical principles and values. Making decisions that are right and good based on honesty, fairness, compassion and respect for others.

I also see judgements here. That’s what the courts are for. My understanding is Trump has been deemed guilty of fraud by NY judges summary judgement and that the ongoing trial is for the judge to determine what level of fines or sanctions should assessed on Trump and his organization for the fraud.

Regardless of outcome an appeal is expected. I think the judge is using continued testimonies to dot his I’s and crossing his T’s to ensure his ruling is unheld.

Only time and the courts will tell.
