SEA was America's efforts to stop the creep of Communism. There was little difference between Korea and SEA except geographical location. If Truman hadn't been a coward and allowed MacArthur do what he was prepared to do, China would be free today. Regarding SEA, cowardly Democrats and their horrible emerging strategy of benevolent rules of engagement was a strategy for losing wars and killing American military. Regarding the ME, America was attacked by radical Islam. We lost more Americans on 911 than Pearl Harbor. Truthfully, in my opinion, we didn’t retaliate in the severity required. Once again, Obama and his rules of engagement was a factor. When the enemy does not wear a uniform it's not up to the American soldier to try and differentiate the enemy from a citizen.

I can't find any other interest rates for lending money for infrastructure for example. I expect what they do for emergency loans will be reflected in other loans.
