Yeah I read that stupid crap about you being a communist.
There are some really ignorant people on OPP. Like I say, we are told than Russia is BAD to the bone.
China Good place.
China Joe likes them.
Gets plenty of money from China.
He and Hunter his bag man.

Here's my conspiracy theory. Obama is indeed a Marxist. He was groomed or mentored in Hawaii by a guy named Frank Davis. Stanley Ann , his mommy worked for the CIA and had an affair with Davis who, incidentally was a black man.
Obama pulls the puppet strings on China Joe behind the curtain and keep telling us China GOOD , as it's communist and Russia bad as is is no longer a communist country.

I get to wear my aluminium tin foil 🤠 hat.

No joke.. I always wonder what happened to my friends from my neighborhood and some of my classmates... They are all my age now, late 50's...

That was some 43 years ago if 1979.
I figure you must have been around 15 when you came here. If so, that's about when my stepmother left Russia during WWII.

Sometimes I can't believe it's been that long of me living in this great country.. It seems like yesterday my family came to Shreveport, Louisiana for better life..My family sacrificed so much to bring my sister and I to America.. I'm forever grateful to them!!..

Apparently, you were brainwashed in school the same as everyone is.
So, it is better here, but there still are some bad things that go on.
Then you know the bad things about the government, I hope you do.
We now have a fake president, and government he is running, or should I say his puppets are running him.

As far as the LGBTQ push there isn't a country as lenient on earth as the US which is actually very harmful as strong a push for it in this country. 98% of other countries either jail them for a long time or outright kill them.

I guess you were taught "Columbus sailed the ocean blue in 1492 and discovered America,".

The Vikings discovered America before Columbus.

My reply was to: "Salvatore (a regular here) Joined: Feb 23, 2019 Posts: 577

I was born here and always believed that being born in America is like hitting the lottery! If you don't think so move to another country and then you will see the difference!"

Not to Proud Repub. I don't know how it got to her post.

I actually believe that people who were born here are the luckiest people in the world... With all the problems we have now, there's no place I would rather be than in the United States of America..

I guess that is why the people have put up with the election fraud and 2 years of a fake President Biden.
We will have to see what happens when the EBS goes off, and Martial Law is in effect.

It's been 43 yrs since we came to this great country, called United States of America..My memories of Soviet Union are still vivid.. My family was very close knit..We lived in small studio, all 4 of us, but we were very happy.. My school was within walking distance..40 students in one class, from first grade all the way to 8th.. Same teachers...I still remember my math teacher.. Of course in schools they were teaching us that America is evil.. My dad hated Communism.. He actually wanted to move to States when I was a little girl..but my mom's parents were totally against it..Than one day it happened..When I was 14 my dad told me, we are moving to America.. Of course after all the bad things teachers in school told us about far away country, I told my parents that I will run away... The only way I agreed to go was when my dad told me I will have my own room..lol...So one day my dad went to my school's principal and told him we are going to Finland for my dad's work for 1 year ... We couldn't say we are moving to America.. The next day whole school knew my secret, even my biggest enemies became my friends because they want me to bring blue jeans....lol..It was 3 months after that day that we finally were going to move..

I have to mention biggest reason that my parents wanted to leave Soviet Union.. We were , we are Jewish.. Back than being Jewish was dangerous.. My family was constantly threatened by a thug who lived above us..I was attacked by some of my classmates for being Jewish..My cousin who was straight A student could not get into colleges of his choice because of his religion... This was main reason for my dad wanting us to move to this great country..America..

Of course there were good memories too.. I miss my friends, change of seasons holidays .. We did had fun.. I miss my mom and dad who've recently passed away.. My reason for writing this is for people to understand that just because I lived in communist country, does not mean I'm communist sympathizer.. If you guys have any questions , I will answer them..
It's been 43 yrs since we came to this great count... (show quote)
Thanks for coming here, Lori, glad to have you.

It's a damned shame so many people born in the USA have been brainwashed into hating the country they live in.

From whom did America get its name?
I'll give you a hint, he was Italian.

Why is our nation's capitol called District of Columbia?

If you are referring to our resident buttwipe, he is little more than a weeping sore in the anal crevasse of society. It has been my experience that many immigrants from truly repressive countries are much better Americans than people born here. It is one thing to understand living in a repressive society intellectually, quite another to actually live there.
