Ok.. So.. we had a totally Un-necessary raid on President Trump's home..
With FBI and lights and press everywhere, while he was cooperating!!.. They were In his Mar A Lago home, While he wasn't home, they KNEW he wasn't there...They were In the Room where said docs were stored, they called him the next day to ask that he put an additional lock on said storage area..He told them they could take them there and then, they declined, so he told them He'd help in anyway he could.. He did, Soo Trump is not Home.. next thing happens is the aforementioned, he was raided for NO reason other than Politics!! Period.. A distraction! They wouldn't let his lawyers supervise.. I'm Bettin NONE of those FBI folks had security clearance to even LOOK at those docs, if they did look at, handle, or otherwise peruse said docs, they also Broke the law..

Same goes for Biden's attorneys.. They ALSO did not have security clearance to look or even handle those documents..

We have documents that Hunter Biden had access to, y'all know he did..
We have Emails from H. Biden to his father and his business partners etc et al.. We had Biden's Personal lawyers perusing CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS~~ from as far back as Biden's Senate Years!!!

We had Pence.. his measly one classified document..

The Biggest difference.. is that ONLY the president of the United States has Full clearance to declassify anything he wanted to W/out a By your leave from his Minions..He was still President, until approx 11:30 am.. give or take half hour.. But there is also this nice little fact.. TRUMP did NOT pack his OWN boxes!! There is also a Memo, from Trump Declassifying docs including all the Russia Russia Russia hoax docs and evidence.. He Declassified that long before even Biden was in the white house.. I've seen the Memo.. As much as the left would have you believe there is a Process to declassify, I call Bullshit on that too.. they only say that to TRY to make themselves either useful or self important.. He does NOT..Per the Constitution have to say Shit to ANYONE regarding docs he's declassifies, and as a matter of fact.. as soon as he reads a classified doc in front of press or outloud to anyone, it's automatically declassified..

trump fought tooth and nail for months to hide the docs he stole.. first he said he did not have them, then he said he would not return them, then he said he had them but declassified them by thinking about it..

The raid was perfect.. by the letter . not an I not dotted not a T not crossed..

The criminal has belonged in prison for decades.. while he will probably die without ever having the orange jump suit. every effort needs to made to cleanse our soiled government and remove every vestige of the criminal who held a spot within the oval housing American legislation..

Beyond that criminal prosecution the gov also needs to clear up the handling of classified docs.. first of, the days schedules of the the VP/Pres daily lunches and all the rest does not seem to need classification.. also once the event/time line etc is past, declassify those daily docs.

Peter.. Well.. I find that highly amusing, given the FBI were with HIM and his attorneys in that room that he had said docs in.. They called him after going through what he had, and requested he put another lock on it, NOT only that, But that entire complex is guarded by Secret service!! He wasn't Hiding anything, and in fact the day they were indeed in that storage area Trump told them to go ahead and take the boxes, they opted out and just requested the Lock.. I'm amused that your spewing party line.. He did have the authority to declassify, bc he was still president when he left the white house on the 20th.. BEFORE Bitme's inauguration..

In January, Trump then contacted the Archives, asking movers from the agency to pick up 15 boxes of documents.

The former president later determined a search of his estate may be necessary to find additional documents and chose to invite DOJ Security Division Chief Jay Bratt into his home to retrieve the documents. Accompanying Bratt were three FBI agents.

“Whatever you need, just let us know,” former President Trump told the agents prior to the search, the motion said.

Obama's EO 13256 section 3.1 The power to declassify (sec 3.1) is given to
(1)   the official who authorized the original classification, if that official is still serving in the same position and has original classification authority.

Since the VP can classify material, he can declassify that same material. He cannot declassify other material.

The raid of Mar-a-Lago was a political hit job that occurred three months exactly before the Nov 8 midterms (to favor the dems where the FBI placed folders on the floor labled classified and photographed them, leaked out info to the leftist press), whereas the Biden regime along with the DOJ covered up Biden's document find at the Biden Penn Center on November 2 -so it wouldn't influence the midterms on Nov. 8 in the Republicans' favor. Somebody high up in the Dems had to have leaked the details eventually to CBS news for a reason. Then more classified documents were found in Biden's garage and home at Wilmington which were unsecure locations. We all have our theories.
