The military solution for Invaders are bullets. Reasonably inexpensive; one-size fits all ; no need for spending extra tax money in asylum Courts with crooked judges; negates paperwork ( complies with the OMB “ Paperwork Reduction Act”
and - it helps feed poor, starving coyotes and other sweet little animals. That make PETA happy.
A win-win scenario.
Oh, and with all the fentanyl we capture we send covert ops in, dose various water supplies south of our border, and poof - far less invaders.

1.) Finish the wall.
2.) Provide the Border Patrol with the bodies and the resources they need to properly monitor it.
3.) Enforce all laws already on the books - including prosecuting those who enable the lawbreakers.
4.) Limit granting asylum to ONLY those who enter the US at official ports or entry and who have legitimate asylum cases.
5.) Unleash ICE to locate and remove those who entered illegally, who skipped their court dates, and especially those who have committed other crimes since their entry.
6.) Do NOT consider amnesty for ANYONE who has entered the US illegally - PERIOD. That includes "Dreamers".

No Kevyn, the problem is that the current laws are not being enforced. The current law say 1) if you are applying for asylum you must do so at the first American Embassy that you can get to, 2) if you enter this country illegally you cannot rent a house, you cannot legally get a job, & 3) you are not allowed to access ANY social services. All of these laws are currently being broken with the tacit approval of the Biden Administration. By the Constitution (which is the supreme law of the land) the President’s first obligation is the enforcement of the laws. Congress writes the laws, the Judiciary ensures that the laws are Constitutional, and the Executive branch enforces the laws.
Current we are all bassackwards. You have the Executive branch trying to write law through executive orders, the judiciary branch sitting idle by and watch the world turn, and the Congress trying to write laws that are patently un Constitutional.

The problem with that is (if you read the story coming out of South Carolina) they just busted 43 prisoners for running drugs throughout SC & Georgia. We don’t need to import criminals. Turn them around at the boarder with arms. Our military’s first obligation is to protect our nation’s boarders. Have them do it! Shoot a few and the rest will stop coming.

I have always favored the mote as well as a 100 person catapult and why stop with gators-how about lions, tigers and bears maybe a few other nasty critters.
