I don’t believe it should for anyone. When did government decide it is their job (taxpayers) to provide for healthy adults? I believe the poor should get free natal care and the baby given necessitates for its health. Where does this cradle to grave crap end. They’ve practically enslaved a huge percentage of the black race in America by doing just that. If all that section eight, welfare, and stimulus monies would have gone to better schools and teachers in depressed areas some of the kids could lift themselves from poverty instead of this generational stuff we have now.
