We recently came across some people who sell natural, grass fed beef that they've raised themselves. They process them, then age them for 21 days in the cooler before cutting them up. This is some of the best beef I've ever eaten! It beats what you get at the chain store by a mile and a half!!
The wife made a roast yesterday that melts in your mouth. The steaks are the same. Everything we've gotten from them is amazing!
We did the math on it, and we're paying around 6 cents a pound over grocery store meat, and the quality is worth every penny!!
I told the Missus to get with them, and order 1/4 of a beef. They'll customize it for us, and we'll have good beef for a while.
Y'all need to find an outfit like this if you're tired of chewy, stringy beef!!(

Your command of the English language leaves something to be desired.

We order our beef and pork that way. Our butcher even customizes what cuts we want. It's awesome to live in Idaho where we know who raises them and who cuts them up. Small farming communities rock!
A thumbs down? What was it I said that deserved a thumbs down?

Mistake. I intend a thumbs up

You confused me for a minute, but I figured it out since that's happened to me before too.

City folk are just stupid, I guess, then. Or, lazy. That's prolly more likely. We drive 32 miles from the North side of the city to the South side of the city to get our meat. Yeah, both country areas. Thing is, that people who live on the South side of the city would only have to drive a few miles to get this great meat.
You're such a douche.

We had to hand milk cows when I was younger, shake up the milk to mix cream in.Made our own buttered And ice cream. Remember those hand crank ice cream makers you put ice and Rockdale around the metal thing the milk and cream was in? Lol I was so jazzed.

Some of my best memories are of sitting on that ice cream maker while my Grandad cranked it, and visited with the family!
