We recently came across some people who sell natural, grass fed beef that they've raised themselves. They process them, then age them for 21 days in the cooler before cutting them up. This is some of the best beef I've ever eaten! It beats what you get at the chain store by a mile and a half!!
The wife made a roast yesterday that melts in your mouth. The steaks are the same. Everything we've gotten from them is amazing!

We did the math on it, and we're paying around 6 cents a pound over grocery store meat, and the quality is worth every penny!!

I told the Missus to get with them, and order 1/4 of a beef. They'll customize it for us, and we'll have good beef for a while.

Y'all need to find an outfit like this if you're tired of chewy, stringy beef!!(

We use only grass fed beef and have been for years.

There are several processors in my neck of the woods and Texas has an abundance of organic ranches and farms that ship grass fed meats directly to consumers.

That bulls**t about city folk not having access to organic meats only shows how ignorant some goobers can be.

Lazy A Ranch is just one of many Texas beef processors that ship quality organic meats worldwide.

Well if things go to s**t between hunting/ knowing how to cut up a deer and knowing how to make butter ect I guess we won't starve. I live about 200 yards from the Snake river...fish, phesants ect. We won't hurt to badly.

That kind of beef is the best. Few age beef anymore and not many even know what that means

Oh my! Flashback! I remember my grand pappy teaching me to milk a cow. I still have his milking stool. Put it straight in the cooler and it was delicious. The milk, not the stool. Pasteurize? That was when a bird flew in front of your face. It went pasteurize really fast.

Mashing up ripe fruit fresh off the tree with a potato masher made the ice cream even better. My preference was the free stone peaches.
