Any laws or procedures about how to declassify information does NOT apply to the president. The constitution gives the president that power. It is from the people. It is NOT from congress or any other law making entity. Therefore, those entities cannot dictate to a president what he can or cannot declassify.

He doesn't even have to say they are declassified. In fact, to a president, nothing is classified and he can choose who knows the info and who doesn't.

I know. I just got 5 demorats to change their party affiliation. They had their eyes opened when Mad Merrick raided a former President's home. They had seen enough of this overreach in their home country. They are voting for Repubs.
