Right now the right is enjoying a stacked court but if in the future heaven forbid the court gets stacked left, a long shot I know but if it did would Republicans be in favour of it?
And we know we all decline as we near death. Might not it be a good thing now that life expectancy has doubled in the last 250 odd years?

The court has been stacked for the anti constitutional demonrats for years.....Now its got a majority who follow the constitution and the rule of law instead of being run by political ideologues.

The left enjoyed a stacked court for about 80 years. It is only now that they have lost that advantage that they want to change the rules. I have no problem if the right can hold on to the reigns for the next 80 years. Maybe then we can get some respect back for the constitution and integrity back into the federal government.

As they rewrite the rule of law.
