Nothing is cut and dry or black & white. Does the accused get to appeal the conviction or do you intend to execute them before the in is dry?

My point is this, boyfriend & girlfriend, one is 15, the other 16. The 15 yr old, because under age can't consent so that makes the other party guilty of rape. I don't think they should be put to death.
