I disagree with you. Not every person accused of rape has done so at knife point. Let's take a hypothetical situation. Two doctors go out on several dates. They drink some wine, jab be what one consists consenting sec but the other decides not do quick, I was raped. Could be two high school students. Quite a bit different than the golden state rapist. It's a mistake to tie the hands of the court.

That would be the ideal; severe caning for a day and then death. But I'll take simple death for them. That should serve the ultimate purpose. But the thought of slow and painful before a merciful death could be a deterent!
