Yes your right, when I got done in nursing school my first job was in a memory care unit. They get violent for a period of time before they get to the final stages.

Jim, you hit the nail on the head. My wife is going through it and is usually docile but will lose it for no reason other than something doesn't make sense to her. It's usually directed at me. Thank GOD I understand and am like a duck in a rain and can let it roll off of my back. This isn't what I signed up for 44 years ago but my promise to her and GOD was. Mike

Prayers to you. My wife and I moved to Florida in 2012 because my dad was having memory problems. When it turned into dementia it was nightmare. He passed in 2017.
