Time in combat. Other than it's adventures in Syria, I can't recall the Russian Armed Forces being in real combat since the Chechen wars. It sure seems that history is repeating itself.

Irregardless, the Chechen wars were two and more decades ago. Russia doesn't have many seasoned combat soldiers today, but I suppose the survivors of the Ukraine War are getting seasoned right quick. For that matter the non survivors likely are getting seasoned like Kentucky Fried Chicken. I've heard the Russians are deploying mobile crematoriums, to make the piles of dead Russian Soldiers vanish. May as well season em before you cook them.
