No America has filled blacks with the hateful idea that they fail because of white people. Your choices in life matters. Good choices reap good benefits. Look how many blacks are far richer than most whites. He was wrong to call him that but names don't justify killing a man.
No. But as a white man I use it as often as possible

We are all the same exempting melanin the sooner people realize that the better we'll be. We almost attained that thru MLK then the Democrat kkk had to divide us in a different way. Sad the blacks believe their bullshit. They do nothing to help blacks just pander until the election is over.
I guess that's why blacks are always killing each other.
I mean...listen to THEM
Big difference between intentionally killing someone and punching them and that being an unintended result...
And he should get held accountable for punching the man in the first place, fired and get charged with misdemeanor assault...and the "old man" should have been prosecuted for hate crimes and inciting.
Neither is okay, and both should be punished...
But you know something, an old man should know when it's time to keep his frigging mouth shut when he's too old to be fighting with people, call a spade a spade and you may get punched, it isn't okay...and it sure as hell isn't okay to call people racial slurs, that has nothing to do with freedom of speech.

He didn't try to kill him.

Still manslaughter punishable under our laws.

Correct - that is called manslaughter.
Absolutely not Though the man was way out of line he didn’t deserve to die for being an idiot

The "old man" died from the punch.

The killer got away with murder. Zero jail time!

When you hit a 77-year-old man in the face, I consider that 'deadly force.'

There are shades, and white people been getting away with intentionally killing blacks for a long long time. The shades of degree are looked at differently.
If a white guy punched a black guy for being intentionally provoked it wouldn't even have been looked at twice by prosecutors. If in their eyes the person deserved to be punched in the first place the accidental consequences of hitting their head when they fall would be looked at as an unintended consequence...
And those on the right know it, they see color in the equation whether they register it or not. Black people in the south do not get the free pass to hit white people for calling them names that a white person would likely get away with.

This has nothing to do with color. The man was really old first of all and I would bet the one that hit him wasn't. That's actually elder abuse also not to mention the fact at that age there is the chance he was mentally impaired So two charges could have been lawfully rendered against him.
