It was by less than a percent... And we don't go by majority vote.. Need to win ridings... Sort of like the US...

Yes. But it seems everyone wants to change an existing system (that is there for a reason) when it doesn't go their way. In the US, without the electoral college, a handful of big cities would win national elections every time. Which would disenfranchise all other states in the republic. And more populous states do get more electors. The dems here would hate it if each state got 1 vote based on that state's popular vote, because liberals would seldom if ever win a national election in that case.

the lawyer was a joke of a lawyer.
he fired a lot of others for doing shit work.

And I honestly never realized Canada was so liberal. Cuz they have a reputation for being very pleasant. Most of the liberals in the US have those crazy eyes (like a spooked horse), and are only nice if everyone agrees with them and they get their way in all thingsπŸ˜‚

who? i do not get to watch a lot of news . the work i do keeps me busy 70+ hours a week.
oh, the guy i think in Fl.
seems odd that they raided his house at, what, 5 or6 in the morning? and only cnn new what was going down. that;s one heck of an ODD coincidence. what did they send him to jail for?

i thought it was an American thing to sock it to the corporate money bags.
didn't know China was so ruthless also.
although our tax system allows for write offs, deductibles.

We also have deductibles... And write offs...

You'd have to be pretty wealthy to be paying the top bracket...

Over half the nation pays no income taxes...

what's it like living in China?
i was in Viet Nam, for a year and found the people there very courteous and polite.
the country i thought was beautiful. to bad what was going on, was, going on.
