The current president of Ukraine is an authoritarian bastard. He has jailed his opponent, jailed the leaders of his opponent's party and shut down media outlets talking about that and other negatives about him. Why would we support that???? (Reminds me of our l*****ts here in the states.) Putin and a lot of Russians see the Ukraine gov as a rebirth of N**ism. They call them N**i's. Russia lost millions fighting the N**i's, many more than any others. They refer to Germany as the ""tribe." An interesting take, I think. The "tribe" are responsible for both world wars. Russia/Putin doesn't want another war like that. Thus, the willingness to be pre-emptive in heading one off.

Those Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine are a part of that belief and worry but the Ukraine regime has been pounding them with bombs for years new. It is interesting and, as Trump said, sort of genius, that Putin chose not to join their fight but to declare them to be independent entities. He didn't have to fight his way into the east. He came in as a peacekeeper. No war declared on Ukraine and now they go into Kiev and dismantle the "N**i" gov before it can do more damage. Of course the people of Ukraine are just as befuddled and fooled as the people of the "tribe," Germany, were, as they followed Hitler. Putin hopes they will now listen.

You, here in the states, have been conditioned to h**e Putin the same way you have been conditioned to h**e Trump. And it is ok to h**e them or dislike them but it need not be blind h**e. Blind h**e leads to a willingness to sacrifice the good to get rid of the "evil." IOW, the ends justify the means. Those with blind h**e think they can employ evil to fight evil. That is wrong thinking and it is what is causing the left and Biden to continue to d**g this country down.

Putin is evil. He is trying to put the Soviet Union back together again. His timing is good. 30 years after the USSR imploded a generation and a half of Western I***ts who were not alive back then and were not taught any history have v**ed weak leaders in all of the NATO countries.

Putin has done one positive thing. He has shown a bunch of brain dead Western Liberals that evil exists and their fairy tale ideas of good and bad don't work in the real World.

I am sure China's Leaders are duly taking note of how ineffective Western Leadership is. Also at some point China may fight Russia over Siberia. How well Russian forces perform against an outmatched foe will also be in their interest. The Russians seem to be having more trouble with Ukrainian cities than I would have anticipated.

Looking at the countries which were part of the USSR, it doesn't appear that Putin is trying to remake the USSR. But he IS trying to keep enemy forces from being on his border just as the US refused to accept Russian missiles in Cuba. But for Biden, the best way to bring in support for his stupidity is to claim Putin is rebuilding the USSR for no other reason but power mongering. Getting people to h**e Putin will help him cover up his incompetence on the world stage!!
