Specific Constitutional requirements are absent for many things in our country. When not explicitly defined, these items are relegated to the States or the People. The Constitution explicitly puts elections in the hands of State Legislatures.
So it's either 36/50 (72%) or 36/57 (63% - Obama, Beaverton Oregon Mar 27, 2015) states which constitutes a clear majority, not "only" that require a form of ID.

(Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi & Tennessee).
The legislatures in those states know that people will lie and cheat at the voting booth.

If you want to know who the nimrods and nitwits are, look no farther than their political affiliation - most, if not all, are demonrats. (Hint: the original poster of this topic is chief among them.)😎
