I am not a Democrat, i am not a Republican..... Neither of those exist anymore other than in a comical sense. I, like you.... vote for what i think is in my best interest, as do most, but that may not be your interest.... and now we see that vote as a direct attack against us and the party we have so diligently been fighting their battles for..... WTF?

You and i, we are both Americans free to roam this great country..... why do we let our politicians get in the way if that? Every day i see them step up to a mic, both sides... and take shots at their opposing party with some sky is falling crap for their base to swallow, for no other reason than to keep feeding crap and keep us angry about the " other party" This is deliberate on their part, no doubt about that.... serves no other purpose.

In short.... im done with the stupid shit, you're not a Democrat to me anymore...... you're a friend i haven't met yet, and im not letting these politicians get in the way of that anymore.... im not!! And it feels fantastic..... give it a try, i recommend it.

Wee, While both of our parties have " wings ", I happen to be moderate too liberal. I do not excuse violence anywhere, and believe that anybody that riots should be arrested and tried in a court of law. That being said, there is a difference between the riots in Portland, and the one that took place in D.C.
For years and years the police have killed African Americans when they didn't have to. We've all seen examples of this on television. The courts have refused to hold police responsible for these legal murders. Out of frustration, many have protested these murders, and some of these protests have gotten out of hand. Many of the crimes committed in these protests are the product of those thugs that want to take advantage of the protests to loot and commit other crimes.
The protests that took place at the Capitol quickly became an act of insurrection and seditious as those involved attacked Capitol police, and came very close to murdering both Republican politicians like VP Pence and Democrats like Nancy Pelosi. Many Capitol police were injured in this attack. One was killed, another will lose an eye. I don't excuse either kind of riot, but I do believe that the attack on the Capitol was far more inexcusable and dangerous to our democratic form of government.
