Still living in that would you created out of fallacies I see. And if we had 40 to 41 million fraudulent votes how is it Democrat didn't sweep the house and the senate? If we had committed the fraud you suggest we wouldn't need to worry about finding 17 republicans to convict Trump at his trial, would we? Yet we do, imagine that...
I can't help you with your fallacies, Pete, nor can I do a damned thing about your denial. In your twisted mind, everyone who is not a flaming liberal is a walking fallacy full of conspiracy theories.
Fact is, voter fraud occurred on a massive scale primarily in the battleground states. It was the most diabolical plan to overthrow an election ever perpetrated on the American people. Violations of our Constitution and of state voting laws occurred with unprecedented aggression against the Rule of Law.
Based on political and voting statistics, Joe Biden could not possibly have won the election without launching what he himself called the "most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics."
FYI: Even the most rigorous scholarship will not reveal one word by any of our founders on impeaching a private citizen. It is not in our Constitution, never mentioned in the Federalist Papers, nor has such a thing ever occurred in our history.
The US Congress is the legislative branch of government, it is not a court of law with enforcement power. Impeachment is the Constitutional process of charging a high government official with an offense for the purpose of removing him or her from office. IOW, Congress cannot impeach or try an impeachment of a private citizen.
Donald Trump is now a private citizen, and any attempt to try him in the Senate now would be entirely unconstitutional - just another political sham.
BTW: President Trump DID NOT incite an insurrection. This is an undeniable fact that flaming hateful liberals will never accept.
Insurrection fever started almost a year ago, lives were lost, businesses and homes were lost, property in the millions lost. And apparently is isn't over, the big Blue cities of Portland and Seattle seem entirely unable to quell insurrections.
So, stow your fallacies, Pete, I'm sure there are others, but speaking for myself, I'm way past tired of your incessant and irrational bullshit about fallacies. You got them coming out of every orifice.
