PRECISELY! This is what I have seen the entire short time I have been posting on OPP and the entire time I lurked before creating an account. Damned glad I am not the only one seeing this. Of course it will NEVER admit to their bias, they prefer to try to give the illusion that it is non-partisan.
Yeah, what's up with that, I have seen many conservatives being "thrown under the bus" by their peers JUST because they show even a brief display of integrity. As soon as ANY Republican shows even one sign of integrity, they are immediately demonized and called a "rino". Why would ANYBODY want to join and/or be/remain loyal to a party that will just "throw you under the bus" as soon as you show any sign of sanity and integrity? Why would ANYBODY want to even join a party that requires you to "leave your honesty and integrity at the door"?

They excel at playing the victim. They break all the riles on a website then cry foul when they feel the backlash, the very backlash that is promised in the site's ToS. They cry censorship, when all it is is the fact that they broke the rules and consistently continued to do so with no remorse. Look at Trump consistently playing the victim, he makes hateful comments, does hateful things, says and does stupid crap, breaks the riles and when the legitimate media reports on ANY of it, he cries "fake news" and his followers/enablers all join the chant.
Ever notice how much crying the right does yet they call the left a bunch of snowflakes, projection much? The right melts down over their own imagination even. they "imagine" the bad things that the Democrats might do if they gain power and completely meltdown over this "imagined" future non-event. Yet the left are the snowflakes. The right shows little if any mental stability, yet the left are the snowflakes. I would be embarrassed to be a Republican to be honest.
