Over 3,000 votes were found that this effected. But that number is too small to effect an election right? But the same software was used in all counties of Wisconsin. There are 72 counties in the state of Wisconsin. Therefore that's 3,000 x 72 =216,000 votes changed. Now that's 1/4 of a million votes. This occured in not only Wisconsin but also other states, 30 other states, so that number could be in the millions of votes changed. but there is more

And this does seem and I agree to be negligible, however the other irregularity found in this election, is the total number of registered voters is less than the total number of votes cast for the candidates. This number can be found by going to the particular state registrar office and comparing the number of registered voters to the number of votes cast, and the number of votes cast should be equal to or less than the number of registered voters. but there is more....

Voters used a sharpie on the voting ballot in Arizona, a numerous amount of ballots were affected. Total number of affected ballots is still unknown until the State reviews the ballots. The ballot has state law written on the ballot, "Use only black or blue pen ink". This was not adhered to. As a result, and just as the warning on the ballot states, "Otherwise your vote shall not be counted." per Arizona State Law. For a polster to try to guess the intent of the voter, is too much for a human being to understand therefore the vote should be thrown out. If done by mail, the voter should be notified to redo their ballot and the spoiled ballot should be thrown out.
