Then the candidate can be called "President-Elect" this is the two conditions that the candidate's status changes. Therefore, what the media has done, is cry 'fire' in a crowded theater.

How can the Media call an e******n before all the v**es are in? Especially when the polls are still open. In "Gore vs Bush" the Supreme Court said that the calling of the e******n for Gore in Florida, before the polls closed was improper and v**er suppression. In the case of the 2020 e******n Virginia was called when Trump had 49% and Biden had 26% of the v**e, and the polls were just closing. They called Arizona before the polls closed, and Trump had a modest lead in Arizona and when the call came in they predicted with perfect accuracy what the result would be down to the ballet. How is that possible, unless the media had inside information. This again is calling Fire in a crowded theater.

The media cannot call any race, whether it be President, Senate, or House, or even the propositions until the Secretary of State of the particular state has released the certified talley.

But there is more. There was found to be a software glitch in a county of Wisconsin. This software glitch stole v**es from one candidate and applied it to another. Over 3,000 v**es were found that this effected. But that number is too small to effect an e******n right? But the same software was used in all counties of Wisconsin. There are 72 counties in the state of Wisconsin. Therefore that's 3,000 x 72 =216,000 v**es changed. Now that's 1/4 of a million v**es. This occured in not only Wisconsin but also other states, 30 other states, so that number could be in the millions of v**es changed. but there is more

It may be negligible, but there has been found that dead people had v**ed in this e******n. And this does seem and I agree to be negligible, however the other irregularity found in this e******n, is the total number of registered v**ers is less than the total number of v**es cast for the candidates. This number can be found by going to the particular state registrar office and comparing the number of registered v**ers to the number of v**es cast, and the number of v**es cast should be equal to or less than the number of registered v**ers. but there is more....

V**ers used a sharpie on the v****g b****t in Arizona, a numerous amount of b****ts were affected. Total number of affected b****ts is still unknown until the State reviews the b****ts. The b****t has state law written on the b****t, "Use only black or blue pen ink". This was not adhered to. As a result, and just as the warning on the b****t states, "Otherwise your v**e shall not be counted." per Arizona State Law. 3. A rev**e where v**ers go to the county seat and cast their v**e at the county court house to ensure the fairness of the e******n.

Look neither Trump nor Biden wins with these remedies, but at least the integrity of the American V****g system and the V**er wins.

On another issue, the media has got to quit, when they are considered a news organization, interfering in these e******ns. If I was a lawyer my clients would include, Trump, Biden, Clinton, Obama, Bush, Gore, and Clinton. The defendants would be Social Media, the Media, and Google to include the associated Press.
