Likewise, a student cannot claim a student address as permanent domicile to meet the Wong rule and enable his or her newborn to become a U.S. citizen!
When Kamala was 12, her mother moved Kamala and her sister to Canada for graduate work at McGill University. Kamala attended high school in Westmount, Quebec, graduating in 1981. Did she claim Canadian citizenship during that period? That would put her under the jurisdication of the British Crown with regard to the Wong test.
The parent of Kamala do not qualify as permanent residence.
After graduating high school in Canada, Kamala applied for TN visa to study in the United States. What is a TN visa? It is a visa given to NAFTA professionals traveler of Canada and Mexican citizens to travel to the United States. Why will Harris use TN VISA if she is a US citizen?
In addition, Harris, Donald moved from place without permanent intent to stay.
Occasionally, a student residence can be used as legal domicile, if the person has the provable intent to make it permanent. Even that was not the case with Donald Harris. Kamala was born in 1964. Donald received his PhD at Berkeley in 1966, two years later, then they moved to the University of Illinois (Asst. Prof., 1966-67), then Northwestern (Asst. Prof., 1967-68), then University of Wisconsin (Assoc. Prof., 1968-72), then Stanford (Econ. Prof., 1978-98). The evidence is clear that Donald had no intention of making his Berkeley address at the time of Kamala’s birth his legal domicile.

That is why I think we have constitutional problem on this "birth citizen", unless Congress legislate, signed by our president, clarifying this very obscure part of Article XIV .
In the Citizens Clause, 1st part of the XIV Amendment.
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."
Parents of Kamala are subject to the jurisdiction of Jamaica, and India. Jamaica law makes Kamala, though born in foreign country, is still subject to the jurisdiction of Jamaica.
If Congress don't fix this, foreigners with plenty of money to buy votes of people could usurp and run our country. How do you like that?

Senator Graham, if that was your answer, it does not prove the allegiance as required by the constitution. Her father's allegiance was to Jamaica, and her mother's allegiance was to India. They were both students. Not permanent residence. Senator Graham, please step aside and let other GOP senate member take over.

DOJ Barr has been attacked by the communist democrats when talking to the president. That is why Barr has not been able to officially report properly to the president. The protocol there is DOJ Barr is under the Executive Branch. But because the LEFT constantly attacks Barr, he is unable to communicate effectively with the president.
Of course Barr must report to the Executive Branch. That is the protocol. The president sets policies and the Dept heads follow. They can make their own within the approval of the president.
When Barrack Obama was president, he dictated to Holder all actions that he did at the justice department. That is why the FAST AND FURIOUS happened which killed our own border Patrol Agent. That was Barack's and Holders dumb ideas. No political party stopped and attacked them.
But now DOJ could not even communicate with the president without being attacked by the communist democrats.
