The article deals with the drowning from submersion so five of the items aren't really applicable , items 2, 3 ,5 are the ones that are. In case of statement 2 if the person hit with the stream of water and inhales it can cause the dry drowning.

Great idea to attempt to teach a lesson but unfortunately that is exactly what they want to provide an excuse to continue rioting. Better to let the Feds handle it. Even though it seems like slow or zero progress at times. I do have faith in the administration that they will do it. Our job is to assure our president gets to continue.
