So now since we had massive protests who ignored Social Distancing and had funerals ,can we now reopen our economy without any restrictions?? If rioting is not considered health risk, should people going back to work, restaurants ,movies be considered health risk? My opinion NO!! We should reopen RIGHT NOW !!!

Texas and Florida both have spikes in infection, even on Gilligans island they were bright enough to listen to the professor instead of the millionaire.

Not due to protesters, PR. That spike will be seen in the coming weeks. This spike is due to reopening early which caused people to lower their guard. Texas set a new record for hospitalizations on Monday, Tuesday and yesterday.

So, America hasn't been destroyed enough in your opinion? Too bad, we're opening back up before it's too late. Stay, stuck on stupid, as long as you like. Lockdown is just a slower and more painful death. I'm not playing that game, anymore.

In TX the cases are decreasing despite the news saying the opposite. This morning I listened to a hospital release from a hospital official in Tucson which said Banner Hospital had the highest percentage of COVID cases of all the Tucson hospitals, and they had 20% of the beds occupied were with COVID related cases, as well as saying the hospitals had far more empty beds than normal. ICU at Banner was only 30% occupied. Less than an hour later the local Tucson news related that hospitals in Tucson were overwhelmed with COVID cases and advised rescheduling any other medical procedures.

So which do you believe on the conditions of the hospitals? The Hospitals or the reporters?

Texas set new records for COVID-19 hospitalizations on three consecutive days this week, with a total of 2,153 hospitalized patients on Wednesday. The state was among the first to start the reopening process, and Gov. Greg Abbott is moving forward with plans to raise occupancy limits for bars, restaurants, amusement parks and other businesses.

Banner built a new hospital the reputation isn't that great this is coming from those who have come to Tucson Medical. Right now we still have units with negative airflow rooms which are occupied. The ICUs are pretty much full and we have three ICUs two of them are covid.

Let's hear a big SO WHAT? In a state with 60,000 hospital beds, 2153 of them occupied with Covid-19 patients is a big yawn. Don't give up though, keep trying to incite hysteria in people trying to get their lives back together. Keep in mind, however, that your efforts will only continue to work in blue states as the red states have realized they can get their economies going and protect the at-risk elderly population at the same time an increase in infections in the at-little-risk young population marches on.
