His reputation precedes him...when I learned he would do the second autopsy, I thought if I ever needed a finding of homicide, he would be my choice. Their choice of lawyer fits the pattern...he was in on the Zimmerman case, the hands up don't shoot guy.....

So, there you have it. Will these officers get fair trials....I guess it depends on the impartial grand jury. If Derek Chauvin survives suicide watch. I hear that the family want him charged with murder 1....

[quote=Big dog]What I’m truly interested in is the so called counterfeit $20.00 bill. Where is it, is it actually counterfeit and was George Floyd the person that tried to pass it. Perhaps I just missed that part of the story.[/quo
================
Floyd paid a store that counterfeit $20 bill. And the store called the authority to report it.

Beware there are millions of counterfeit bills circulating in the $100, $50, and $20.

Well maybe the left can call it a wuhan death and add to the bogus count !!!!!!

Floyd bought something from the store. Paid the counterfeit $20 bill. Store owner called authority to report.

Yes, that is factual, what is not accurate in your statement; "the actions of the police officer caused to intensify causing death." What the preliminary report says; "The autopsy revealed no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation. Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.

The key phase is likely contributed, not that any action taken by law enforcement was the direct cause of Floyd's death. Let's put this in other terms... hypothetical only...you make a contribution to your hospital to build a new wing...does that mean you had it built? If one single individual made a contribution, to include a single penny...it is impossible for you to have built the wing. Now, back to Floyd...how big of a part did his coronary artery disease coupled with his hypertension and any chemicals (prescription or illegal substances) play in his death? Next, could the officers reasonably have known of his failing health?
Yes, that is factual, what is not accurate in you... (show quote)

If I may interject here, BooBoo, The officer who had his knee on Floyd's neck supposedly worked with him for a long time, moonlighting as a security guard at some bar. It seems reasonable that this officer, at least, might have known of his health issues. It's just something that people who work together talk about. This is conjecture on my part.
I am glad to see you coming onto OPP by the way.

The follow-up to the alleged complaint of a $20 purchase reveals how white cops treat black suspects. Officer Lane did not tell Mr. Floyd why he was pulling him out of the car. The white officer handcuffed Mr. Floyd without explaining why he was doing it. The white cop never asked Mr. Floyd if he had been in Cup Foods or if he had made a purchase.
When Chauvin arrived at the scene he did not discuss the alleged purchase at Cup Foods. It is not mentioned anywhere in the report that at any time did any of the white cops make any attempt whatsoever to help the defeated, handcuffed black man lying on the ground and begging for his life. Chauvin completed the arrest with a gladiator pose showing off his success by holding his knee on the neck of a dead man for several seconds. Black Lives Matter. No wonder people are pissed off and burning cop cars.

No, one and the other are two separate issues. The twenty was counterfeit from China, maybe a sting.
