It does not meet the standards of the narrative. Recognizing that the officers did not k**l Floyd would destroy the rationale for r**ting.

He had some heart issues and other medical problems that the actions of the police officer caused to intensify causing death.

That is not what the initial report says. Do you have an updated version?

And if that Dr. is a democrat then he will fabricate different results from Dr Baden. I want 3rd Autopsy of an independent Dr, who practices his professional ethics. No political influence. The democrats might pay the Dr. to obtain results to justify their savageries against the Republicans and our country. I believe Soros is waiting to pay for that crime.

The family of Floyd has hired Michael Baden, aka the Death Correspondent...who was fired from his job as ME for New York. If you watch tv, you may have watched his program called autopsy. I remember him from the OJ trial, the JFK hearing, and the Epstein case... If you want and need a diagnosis of murder....he would be the guy I would hire.

Their lawyer...is it the Benjamin Crump of the Zimmerman and Michael Brown cases.

What I’m truly interested in is the so called counterfeit $20.00 bill. Where is it, is it actually counterfeit and was G****e F***d the person that tried to pass it. Perhaps I just missed that part of the story.

It did say he had heart issues and did not die of strangulation.

Yes, that is factual, what is not accurate in your statement; "the actions of the police officer caused to intensify causing death." What the preliminary report says; "The autopsy revealed no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation. Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including c****ary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.

The key phase is likely contributed, not that any action taken by law enforcement was the direct cause of Floyd's death. Let's put this in other terms... hypothetical only...you make a contribution to your hospital to build a new wing...does that mean you had it built? If one single individual made a contribution, to include a single penny...it is impossible for you to have built the wing. Now, back to Floyd...how big of a part did his c****ary artery disease coupled with his hypertension and any chemicals (prescription or illegal substances) play in his death? Next, could the officers reasonably have known of his failing health?

He completed the t***saction and departed the store. Read the first line of the complaint narrative; https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/6933328-27-CR-20-12646-Complaint.html#document/p2

Yes, that is factual, what is not accurate in you... (show quote)

No matter the knowledge of the failing health of the suspect, the actions, and later inaction, to remove his knee from the suspects neck and throat area, will be of most concern for any criminal indictment of the officer. Cause of death will be a defense matter for trial.
