Had they been committed enough to get off of their asses and vote, the demonstration would have been unnecessary. Republicans outnumber Democrats in VA by about ten percent. There was a forty percent voter turnout for this election. Sixty percent of the registered voters did not vote. The Dems are doing exactly what they said they would do if they won. There are more Republicans than Democrats registered in VA. More Conservatives than Liberals. The Liberals won. Do the math.

Blaming Liberals for having the sense to get out and vote when you did not is not how you win.

Oh a lot has changed or been revealed. Some sheriffs ain't going to arrest people simply because they carry guns. I needed intel for other parts of the country, got that. antifa was there, but on the fringe lol for awhile I was on the fringe. We saw that we could trust each other no matter a minority or majority. Yes there will be other times. What good? Ask Northam? He almost lost his political life and still may if that isn't a rumor. Trump told the UN to stay out, Northam had asked for their help which would mean nukes or radiation poisoning. That was what happened yesterday. This Monday, thousands of Americans flocked Richmond, VA in support of the Second Amendment. The left-wing media tried to paint it as an extremist, “white supremacist” event—one that would erupt into violence. Instead, twenty thousand Americans gathered to show off their patriotism and love of freedom. The media’s narrative was wrecked.

Let’s be honest, the mainstream media was hoping for another Charlottesville disaster. All they heard was that Virginia residents (and others) were gathering outside the state capital to protest the state’s impending gun control laws. The media, controlled by liberals, just naturally assumed it would be all rednecks, ready to fight at a moment’s notice.

The government of Virginia must have been expecting that too. Before the event was held, fencing was put up around the capital building, to keep these law-abiding citizens corralled. Nothing says freedom like the government trying to cage you.

Left-wing journalists were already geared up to slander the event. They took to Twitter and their respective websites to warn people away. They called it a “white nationalist rally,” among other things. If it turned out to be a bust, they could brag and say Virginians and Americans don’t care about gun rights.

But if there was violence, they could accuse Second Amendment supporters (a.k.a: Trump supporters) as trigger-happy criminals. Which would further justify Virginia’s radical new gun laws.

Neither of those outcomes became a reality. The left had to eat their own words as over twenty thousand Americans demonstrated outside the Virginia capital. There was no one instance of violence. Instead, the media had to witness Americans of all stripes stand up for the Second Amendment. That included many black and minority citizens, as well as gay gun lovers.

The leftist American mainstream media tried to cast Monday’s pro-Second Amendment rally in Richmond, Virginia, as a white supremacist event that only extremists were planning on attending.

It turned out that entire narrative was widely false…

Members of the LGBT community, Democrats, and gay rights supporters attended the event, declaring that “Gun Rights Are Gay Rights.”

The black community showed up in large numbers in support gun rights, a fact that went widely under-reported by the media.

One black Second Amendment supporter told Breitbart News: “I do not support in any way, shape, or form Governor Northam’s and the Democrats’ gun control…

I work a gun store part-time and I can’t tell you the number of customers I see of all races, all colors, all creeds, who care about the Second Amendment and who just peaceably live their lives.” [Source: Daily Wire]

Oh man, the left really wanted something they could use against the Second Amendment. I mean, thousands of gun “nuts” gathering to protest gun laws? I had to go wrong, right? After all, whenever leftists demonstrate, there’s always violence. You can’t have an Antifa protest without innocent bystanders and reporters getting beaten or trampled.

Why couldn’t these gun-loving hillbillies have just stuck to the left’s script!?

Could it be that the media is completely out-of-touch with America? That the left has pigeon-holed honest, hard-working patriots as backward freaks? That liberals know nothing about our country—that Americans of all races and beliefs want to protect their God-given rights?

The left did not even know that many black and minority Americans supported the Second Amendment. They definitely did not expect to see so many openly gay Americans supporting the event.

Psst! Hey, Democrats! This is why you keep losing! Americans have been ignored and rejected by your party for years. You thought that the people outside New York and Los Angeles didn’t matter. That their beliefs and concerns weren’t important. Guess what? You were wrong.

Every last person at yesterday’s event will end up voting for Donald Trump and Republicans. The left’s strangle-hold on minorities is gone. Americans see the left for what it is: a group of villains who want to take our freedoms.

Yes, the media will ignore this story. But you don’t have to. Spread the word. Let everyone know that what happened in Virginia was a huge win for Americans.
