What Victory?

Pro 2nd Amendment folks showed up in large numbers today in Richmond and did the right thing by remaining peaceful and showing the Governor that they did not want to lose their 2nd Amendment rights and the demonstration has been declared a victory. What victory? Nothing has changed, the Governor and Virginia Legislature will still pass the unwanted gun laws and the people of Virginia will have to live under the new anti-gun laws. What good are demonstrations?

The folks that showed up lost the e******n and this was their chance to whine about it. They did and it’s over.

But it should not be over. If the proud folks of Virginia follow the Democrat recipe, they should whine about this governor for the next three years; they should launch witch hunts against him based on lies; and find some really stupid reason to impeach him.

Not resorting to senseless violence when one loses is a victory of sorts...

But I agree with you...

Demonstrations show that folk are committed and willing to voice their beliefs...

They are also good indicators for politicians...

So, using your own logic why are progressives whining, gnashing their teeth, h**efully and violently attacking their President? They lost the e******n. "E******ns have consequences" noted your icon of the perfect president.

They have made themselves heard and so when they refuse to give in to the ant-second amendment laws and local law enforcement refuses to enforce the laws then the governor and his minions will have been warned. They will hear even louder the next e******n.
