Please put down whatever you are consuming. True, it is getting worse, but criticism of the POTUS started with the first elections. What did change in 2019 is the way investigations into impeachable offences are carried out. From this year forward, look for tax payer money to be spent/wasted every year to oust the sitting president for real, imaginary, or simple hear say. Let that sink in....the House will spend each year in tracking down phantom complaints, do not look for real needs to be addressed....and do not look for fairness!

Do not blame the founders for this nonsense, this "birth" into chaos belongs to us because we allowed its birth, went along to get along. No turning back....look at history, how long did it take to subjugate the south after the war of aggression? If you say 10, 20, 30 years....you are wrong, that war still rages, not with muskets but in mistrust and hate. And, what Democrats created this year adds to the pyre. To put it back to how our founders intended is akin to putting toothpaste back into the tube. It can not be done.
Please put down whatever you are consuming. True,... (show quote)

There is one thing I'm sure of and have said many times voting can't solve this so what now?

I do hope you are not advocating the elimination of our Republic in favor of dictatorships or socialism.

BTW, you have become highly effective in the art of deflection.

My favorite proposed solution is the Anticorruption Act which has been passed in a number of places.

https://anticorruptionact.org/whats-in-the-act/

It has become law in Alaska, parts of Arizona, California.
For a full list go to:
https://represent.us/our-wins/

I think this would go a long way.

Don't be so sensitive! You have to be aware that your spelling and grammar is "unique." Indeed, it is so bad, you probably could not pass a 2nd grade English course.

We had a taste of your fairness in that bogus House impeachment. No thanks. Senators need to vote openly and face the people. You ask for a secret vote you know you will not get so whenTrump is aquitted you and the other hate America lefties can say it was unfair. You are so pathetically transparent.

That house impeachment was the information gathering part, and there was no cooperation from the white house, GOP, or DOJ...in spite of that, and the GOP having no interest in participating in getting to the bottom of the truth, there was plenty that came to light.

What the left is advocating is an actual trial, a fair one that forces senators as jurors to look at the facts in a way that republicans refused to do in the investigation stage. They can continue to run their lame rhetorical defense and a prosecution gets to roll out the evidence and facts in a timeline manner that destroys the simple rhetoric used as a defense.

The statement about a blind vote is simply stating how that would go, the GOP is ready to be done with this clown.

Your recommendation would have most likely eliminated both obama and killary as presidential hopefuls. At the end of the day, Trump would still be president. Trump’s campaign brought in about $19.4 million by the end of 2015. Trump contributed nearly $13 million of that himself. Most of the remainder comes from individual contributions, which federal law caps at $2,700 per candidate per election.

In contrast, killary's overseas fundraising encompassed 13 countries and leaders....to include Mexico, Saudi Prince, Russia and the Ukraine.

If you want a true Anticorruption Act, then eliminate overseas bribes to candidates.
