He pressured a foreign government to get involved in the US elections. He is clearly guilty of that. Even though he attempted to block people with first hand knowledge from testifying, Sondheim came forward and admitted it. Watch his testimony.

Are you saying this is not an impeachable offense? What are you going to say if a Democrat does that in office? Do you think this should be the new norm for our country?

Hillary has committed Murder. No indictment there.

If your only comment is it's all MSM, or he is not guilty, please don't comment. The evidence is clear.

The question is, what happens next:

First, is this an impeachable offense. I think Alexander Hamilton thought so when he argued for adding the impeachment clause to the constitution. Many Republicans have determined that it is a reprehensible act, but does not reach the limit for impeachment. That is the debatable question. And your thoughts are?

Second, if you think it is an impeachable offense, it is most likely the Senate will not find him guilty. Whst kind of message will that send to the country?

Third, if Trump is not found guilty by the Senate, what does that mean for the future? Eventually, a Democrat will get elected to office, and if they do the same as Trump did, how will you like it then?

I'm my humble opinion, on principle Trump has to be impeached to set the low bar of what is not allowed. Fiona Hill's testimony was quite moving when she described what Russian involvement is in the US elections, to destroy our confidence in our election systems. No matter what happens, this will dramatically impact our future elections.

In my opinion, Trump will be impeached by the House, and found not guilty in the Senate. Think about what this will do to our country. How do we move forward?

You give yourself and your fellow citizens no credit! Russia’s only strength is the ignorance and complacency of the American electorate.

If this was a real court and you tried to convict someone on the evidence that had been presented it would be bounced out of the court.

What you are seeing is simply the public part of an investigation not a trial, even the trial in the senate doesn’t have the same protections as a criminal trial because the results up to removal from office do not result in incarceration or even a fine.

When you state "... If your only comment is it's all MSM, or he is not guilty, please don't comment..." you show how much you're against "Freedom of Speech"... This is the same Totalitarian Mindset the DemLib-Socialists dictate...

The best way for us to "move forward" is to allow for everyone to have a say, not to shut out opposing views and opinions... Didn't they teach you that in elementary school like my "Abraham Lincoln Public School # 9 Teachers" did when I attended from 1955-1967...

I don’t care if he did ask for the investigation. Biden and son look awful dirty about what happened in the Ukraine.
It is above time someone has the guts to go after these people!

One question: How many witnesses were Conservatives allowed to call and testify by Schiff? Tell me if you can, "What difference does it make?"

I love how you liberals like to debate. Oh wait, I should have said, don’t like to debate.

You made a statement of opinion, then asked for other people’s opinions, but then said if others don’t agree with you not to reply.

I thought forums were places where everyone had a voice. Democrats want to be the only ones with a voice, if you disagree, just shut up.

I have watched many hours of Adam Schiff’s impeachment hearings and haven’t heard a single thing that rises to the level of impeachment. The democrats should be embarrassed.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion, however you have no right on this forum to tell me and others that disagree with you not to post. That’s the mentality they use in socialist and communist countries, not ours.

As for Sondheim, when cornered, he finally, after changing his story for the third time, admitted that the President said he wanted NOTHING except for the president to do what he ran on, anti-corruption. The Ambassador belongs in jail. Mike

The most important job the dims do for themselves.
Covering up the misdeeds they have committed and to blame the other side for what they themselves have done, or are doing.
They are too stupid to come up with original stuff so they project their criminal actions on the other side.

It is you who is walking the walk of shame for supporting a man who goes against our constitutional laws and its citizens in his selfish efforts to get re-elected, which is the epitome of disrespect for this country and its people, and it is the PEOPLE who need to stand up as shout, no this is not acceptable, this is not who we are. Rather we will use him as an example to others who follow him, if they try these things this is where you will end up...impeached AND ousted. To then face criminal charges.

Trump has obstructed the hearing process by not allowing/preventing in one ay or another from people in his office from testifying, these activities alone are impeachable actions, proven with the impeachable offense from the Nixon impeachment.

Your party went forward to impeach a president over lying getting a BJ but you're allowing Trump and his band of traitors who work against the US by working with a country that has been proven to be a true enemy and working covertly against us. This is all fine with you?

We've heard very credible testimonies from extremely loyal, honorable people whose ONLY intentions is to protect our country, yet you stand firm with a lying, deceiving, dishonorable man. You have lost your patriotic and moral compass my friend.

The GOP had nothing in defense except to try and slander all involved standing against The Don.

If the majority of Americans believe that Trump is guilty of malfeasance, they can show their displeasure in November next year, not only for HIS actions......................but the actions of those Republican lawmakers that aided and abetted him and refused to call him to account.

Senators need to think long and hard before voting on impeachment - if they had little will or ability to control Trump before, what do they think he'll do once convinced that he is invincible and untouchable by beating impeachment? Republicans need to think long and hard overall - because sooner or later a Democrat will occupy the White House and will, without a doubt, use the precedents set by Trump and the GOP to the fullest extent and defy Congress as well.
