The QUESTION that has to be answered.

Trump is clearly guilty of committing a crime. The question is, what do we do about it.

If your only comment is it's all MSM, or he is not guilty, please don't comment. The evidence is clear.

The question is, what happens next:

First, is this an impeachable offense. I think Alexander Hamilton thought so when he argued for adding the impeachment clause to the constitution. Many Republicans have determined that it is a reprehensible act, but does not reach the limit for impeachment. That is the debatable question. And your thoughts are?

Second, if you think it is an impeachable offense, it is most likely the Senate will not find him guilty. Whst kind of message will that send to the country?

Third, if Trump is not found guilty by the Senate, what does that mean for the future? Eventually, a Democrat will get elected to office, and if they do the same as Trump did, how will you like it then?

I'm my humble opinion, on principle Trump has to be impeached to set the low bar of what is not allowed. Fiona Hill's testimony was quite moving when she described what Russian involvement is in the US e******ns, to destroy our confidence in our e******n systems. No matter what happens, this will dramatically impact our future e******ns.

In my opinion, Trump will be impeached by the House, and found not guilty in the Senate. Think about what this will do to our country. How do we move forward?

What is he guilty of?
If you can't answer that simple question you need to STFU.

He pressured a foreign government to get involved in the US e******ns. He is clearly guilty of that. Even though he attempted to block people with first hand knowledge from testifying, Sondheim came forward and admitted it. Watch his testimony.

Are you saying this is not an impeachable offense? What are you going to say if a Democrat does that in office? Do you think this should be the new norm for our country?

You clearly didn't watch Sondheim testify when he admitted that Trump told him to listen to Rudy. Rudy told him to get Ukraine to undertake the investigation of Biden.

Watch Fiona Hills moving testimony about it. Oh, and then think. That's the most important element.

Trump is guilty of what the dems say he did. Is that an impeachable offense?

True That!!! Someone has GOT to save that!!. I may be off track here.. But I do NOT feel we should be the "Big Brother" to other countries that h**e us.. however I have NO problem with countries Like Ukraine tryin to be an independent country.. or someone that genuinely want our way of life, and we have been an Adversary to Russia as Long as I've been alive, I had Just turned 2 years old, 13 Days before the assassination of JFK!! iF JFK was alive right now, He'd be considered a Conservative! Period!!!.. and B****s can thank Lyndon B. Johnson for their woes.. But the question that Trump asked folks like Candace Owens and others of the Black Community:What do you have to lose.. this question was the Question that Took Candace Owens from Liberal to a Staunch Conservative.. Trump has the black v**e.. he has the working class v**e he has the Tech v**e.. the man is THE BEST President we have had Since the likes of Kennedy and the Reagans!! Period Bar none.. All we can hope for is that the evidence in the IG's report, the AG's Report & Last but not least.. Durham's report.. I for one, can't wait to see all of those, and the FISA Report.. and this newest FBI report... Hmmmm

As an Aside.. Elizabeth Warren's networth is: $8,000,000,000.00 Yes for the mathmatically challenged that says $8 Million Dollars.. wonders how much she'd have to pay towards her $52 TRILLION dollar, "Medicare for all".. wonders if she even gives a s**t, how many JOBS she'd be Elliminating due to the closing down of Health Insurance Co's... I wonder if she's considered how many people would Lose their jobs, due to the cost to Employers.... the Dems are freakin CLUELESS!!

No one will say that Trump is a fool. He used cabinet secretaries, Pompeo and the secretary of energy for executive privilege, and Rudy Guiliani to claim attorney/client privilege. Then he barred them from testifying. He forced out people who were highly competent (Marie Yavonovitch) and replaced then with people who were evasive in their testimony. He used his chief of staff, Mick Mulvaney (again under executive privilege) to effect the coercion.

The first hand people were all kept quite. That's why you have second hand people listening to parts of a phone conversation where Trump admits his guilt, except for Sondheim.

So my question is, what happens next?

That is a good question.. As far as Marie Yavonovitch.. she worked at the pleasure of the president.. Obama went through the DAY he was elected wrote letters to all of the cabinet members as well as ambassadors that they would no longer be needed, and hired his own.. the President does NOT have to Justify his replacing or recallng ambassadors!.. He can do as he pleases.. this whole bulls**t ordeal is about taking HIS powers away, while setting a precedent for the next president.. no matter which party, will have to do things that are UNprecedented.. like sharing phone calls with the "committee" That has Never happened,, and is the ONLY reason diplomacy works.. Leaders expect a Level of privacy, or executive privelege... I will say however, I am umm Dubious regarding Rudi Gulliani.. Though recently, A friend of mine from NY told me this is how they talk.. how they act.. I v**ed for Trump because he was an Outsider.. I v**ed for him because he was a business man... I v**ed for him because he could shake up the beltway..and the elite..I am an Ex-pat from Ca. that has relocated to Nevada.. I like that he is Pissin people off!!!.. I love that he is gettin s**t done!!... The stock market bears him out.. I have been watchin that too...NO the USA is not ALL about money.. BUT it is a LARGE part of it.. stock market does well WE ultimately do better... Again, just my opinion.. Also, you can not be a Social Liberal, & a Fiscal Conservative, it's kinda like an oxymoron.. like jumbo shrimp.. someone somewhere is payin for all the pet social programs of liberals.. that would be US the American people!

SONDLAND... I'm not picking on you for getting the name wrong but what makes you think you got the other details right if you can't even get the man's name who is at the center of this subject. BTW - you didn't get the other details right either.

Obstruction of justice, obstruction of Congress, racketeering, extortion / bribery, criminal conspiracy, and violation of the emoluments clause. Take your pick, every one should land him in prison and we haven’t even gotten to the money laundering and tax evasion but that will come out when his stonewalling is reversed by the courts.

I think that if you were really paying attention without bias glasses on you would realize that the true pressure being put on a foreign government was done by Joe Biden and not President Trump. We have a treaty that says we each have a responsibility to ferret out corruption.

As for Sondheim, when cornered, he finally, after changing his story for the third time, admitted that the President said he wanted NOTHING except for the president to do what he ran on, anti-corruption. The Ambassador belongs in jail. Mike
